- Your TV is outdated - The flag on the outside balcony is torn and looks horrible please remove it - Soap is limited in the rooms you only have the jelly one if you need to wash your panties or handkerchief you can not wash

Location close to eateries, convenient for shopping, lovely area for walking. Mountain on your doorstep. Light filled bathroom with bath. Netflix entertainment, huge bed. On bus route. Use of dining room and fridge. Arranged airport shuttle. Friendly host.

More light in bedroom would be great.

Good location close to Table Mountain, Camps Bay and it is quick to get into central Cape Town, short drive or taxi. Very welcoming and friendly staff Charmain and Liz do a great job. Liz makes a lovely breakfast with a smile! Good pubs / bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Nice balcony to relax on, with views of Table Mountain and Signal Hill. We liked it so much we booked again for a night at a later date before leaving.

The nearby road is a little noisy in the day time but this gets quieter at night and didn't bother us.

It is in a good location, there are many restaurants within walking distance. Table Mountain and lion head Mountain are both nearby, 2 - 3 km away. Breakfast was very good. Early check-in was a bonus. Hotel Manager Charmaine provided excellent service.

Facilities were a bit dated. Cleanliness could be improved.

Thandie and Lisa are sooo sweet. The location is great as it’s just a 5 minute walk to the lovely Kloof street. I got a room with access to the courtyard which was lovely! The breakfast was lovely as well. Yogurt, lots of fruits, granola, and eggs with tomatoes and mushroom 😊 There were around 12 pillows on the bed 😆

The wifi wasn’t working when I was there, but I’m guessing I was just unlucky! Also the room was a bit cold even with the heater on probably because the building is old and the windows/doors aren’t sealed well! If you tend to get cold easily, you may have to layer up!

The breakfasts in the morning were excellent. Very filling, tasty and exceptional value for money. Eggs and omelets cooked perfectly, without even needing to ask how we like them. The ladies in the kitchen deserve a raise! The location is perfect, close to many foodie places and shops. Could walk, no need for transport to get around to immediate places. You will need transport to places like Bantry Bay, but it is very affordable. Excellent view on the terrace, you can see the sea off in the distance and a direct view of table mountain. Beautiful sunsets, with complimentary sherry to boot! Coffee and tea provided was excellent, and available at all times. A small fridge and microwave in the common area for guests was really useful, with extra glasses, cutlery and plates if you need them. Lots of information guides and reading books available for your viewing pleasure. The historical old look, ties in a very calm and reserved atmosphere for you to properly relax and truly enjoy your stay.

More a suggestion, a slightly wider DSTV package, for the holiday goers who may want to spend a day or two in the room relaxing.

Absolutely amazing hospitality from Charmaine and Lisa, and great location. Very clean rooms.

The only downside was a ticking noise at night that kept my partner up sometimes at night.

The staff was friendly. Charmaine and Lisa were so wonderful. They made me feel at home. Will definitely book there again

Would be great if breakfast is included . However l had to pay little extra for that and they organise it for me.

Super nice hosts. We had some problems with our flight and they were really flexible. Location is perfect and room was very large. On top of that we had an amazing view on Table Mountain. Would recommend anyone staying here.
