The apartment was situated on a high floor with nice views! Large space to have guests over and to roam freely. Bathroom was big and clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Evening receptionist was so kind and the lovely ladies at check-out were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back.

There isn't much of a kitchen or appliances available for longer than one night stays and hopefully some extra amenities for the bathroom and cutlery.

Great location if looking for a modern Apt in the middle of all the happenings in the city. Great reception staff and good breakfast included.

From the moment you walk through the door and get welcomed by the staff, you know you've found a very special place to stay, really the reception team were amazing. The room really was fabulous, slight industrial feel but modern, bright and very large. Whilst being a small hotel it has a big heart and the team look to make you feel special - this will now be my go to hotel in Cape Town . The hotel is surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants.

There was a bit of noise being by the lift, but apart from that I was totally delighted with the hotel. At the time I was theret they were renovating the restaurant so i didn't eat there, but the hotel is surrounded by some fabulous coffee shops and walking the streets felt safe.

Great hotel in a super location right off Breë street. Loads of incredible bars and restaurants close by. There is a great cafe attached to the property and all the staff were so lovely!! Superb coffee too. The room was huge with a super view of the city bowl.

The pool didn’t look too inviting but it was only the start of their summer season so it might not have been ready yet. There’s also offices on the other floors and we could hear some early morning meetings but it wasn’t that bad.

The staff welcome you as if you were a favourite cousin come to visit. I felt safe in the neighborhood and appreciated how they look out for you. I had a issue with my safe not locking and they pulled out all the stops to sort for me. Mind you I got back from Dinner after 9pm! It was super clean, a large room and someone was there daily if you wanted a bed made or new towels. Roof top was nice too.

The room is fantastic! It has an amazing view on two sides. The bath tub right in the middle of the room is just wow! The hotel is very nicely located right in the middle of the busy area. Breakfast is tasty. Service is friendly.

I'd go with 10 but there were little things here and there. I won't list them as they all were minor. Perhaps, I wasn't just lucky.

The location of the place was very safe and at the center of everything. We had access to transport and shops near by. The staff is very friendly, the daily breakfast was exceptional and the service was top tier. On days we were tired we would order room service and they would also deliver with a smile.

The location is perfect /central and we felt safe. The room was really spacious. The staff were caring and took pride in making our stay memorable. Breakfast at the nice café was quality and fresh. Thank you for the cute birthday set up you welcomed us with sweet treats, a balloon and thoughtful card it was heartwarming.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The coffee shop staff is also fantastic. Loved the views and the comfort of the rooms.

The fact that there is no parking off the street made it difficult to go out and come back during the week. The parking on the street is also quite expensive. Would've been great if the restaurant downstairs was open a bit later so that one could order room service.
