Nice hotel with very helpful and friendly personel. The room was nog big but good. I can imagine some people don't feel always safe outside of the hotel but travelled all over South Africa the location is quite safe! Dinner, breakfast and bar were very good in my opinion Walking to V&A Waterfront is safe and about 20 minutes. Don't want to walk: order an Uber taxi, cheap and fast to all hotspots in Cape Town!

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. It is cosy and very quiet. So relaxing. I LOVE that they give the guests options for breakfast. The breakfast option we chose was very nice and hearty the little buffet setup is also wonderful,especially the croissants so delightful.

Fancy hotel up to 15 min walk from the Waterfront area( after dark i recommend to always take taxi/uber, as my phone was almost stolen by some black man on the bridge on the way to the hotel-CHAIN FOR PHONE ON THE NECK IS A MUST).Distance from the airport up to 22min and uber cost is less than 200R-depends on the time of the day.Security on site.Breakfast testy apart from scrambled eggs which looked strange and were tastless and coffee didnt taste like coffee at all.But coffee machine at the bar for extra money available.Bar open until 10.30pm so get more drinks if needed before that time.

No wardrobe in the room so clothes had to be kept in a suitcase the whole time. Little space between bed and bathroom doors so the big man had difficulty to get in to the bathroom.Mirror never cleaned.

I only made breakfast 3 times so my answer is not atypical. Although I arrived quite late into the breakfast sitting I found the hot food to not be hot enough although there was plenty of it. The cold breakfast was great. The staff were brilliant from the cleaners to the bar staff. Special mention to Byron who was exceptional in every aspect. China was a really good laugh and Soyomo all very pleasant company. I hope I spell his name correctly but Winele was also an excellent waiter.

The dinner menu which we used at least 5 times could have been more expansive and included more veg and salads.

The property is at the centre of all tourist attractions and excellent place for transportation We only had breakfast which was very good

The fact that when we raise issues, the manager didn’t even bother to address it On Sunday our room wasn’t cleaned and linen not changed. When we raise the matter, the lady showed us attitude . Otherwise the other 5 days we had excellent staff

since I am staying in this hotel for work, the location is perfect few minutes walking to Convention Center Hotel breakfast is amazing, you have an option of Buffet or Alacarte menu

i am staying in this hotel for the 3rd year, this year (2023), they have removed all the coffee machines from the floors which we feel inconvenient. hope Management of the hotel will look into this and return the coffee machines back to the floors

Good hotel in the city center at right quality-price rate. Good rooms, good staff helping you in your stay.

Rooms not equipped with slippers etc, furthermore light inside after sunrise (during Summer at 5.30AM). Breakfast menu not changing over different days. Restaurant menù can be improved to include more options and highlight out-of-order.

I have been living in your hotel since August 10 and want to appreciate especially the work of the reception. All the ladies there were excellent, very helpful, active, and pleasant with good English. I remember one name symbolizing all these characteristics: Latiefah CLOETE. Also the quality of food and the charming, humorous, but still highest level of professional service in the restaurant. What you did not ask, in politically complicated days, I appreciated the very high level of security service provided by the hotel. Also the people have been friendly and very helpful.

It is general, not about hotels, the economic situation is worse than 10 years ago.

The last hotel before Signature One was the best hotel in Hong Kong. But I adapted very fast, the people in reception and waiters in the restaurant (to a slender black waitress, the crowd was always in a good mood and reasonably cheerful, I will not forget for a long time), and all the hotel employees around were very professional and simply great. I had the only problem not finding a wardrobe and refrigerator (later I forgot it only days temperature was 14 C). Also bodyguards and cleaning ladies were great).

Lisa the Front office Manager was fantastic and went out of her way to welcome us and make sure everything was great. What super friendly staff. Everyone was great! Good breakfast offering from continental to eggs and bacon. The Cappuccino from the bar is very good - the bean-to-cup automatic coffee machine machine may need some adjusting though. 5 minute walk to CTICC and say 20 minute walk distance to the V&A Waterfront.

The rooms are small but everything was perfect and nice so perfect for the price for a short stay which is their speciality and niche so that is perfect!
