The place is perfectly located near the activities in Clarens with most of the popular attractions being under 15kms away, it made experiencing the town so much easier. There are many restaurants and Spa places nearby as well. The room was absolutely amazing, clean and beautiful right up to the bathroom. The pictures don’t do it any justice. Not forgetting the breathtaking views around the property. The staff was super friendly and management made sure that we had everything we needed to know before our stay. They also did regular check ins with us during breakfast (which is complementary). The sherry and fruit bowl was also another nice touch to add.

There’s really nothing to dislike about the property.

Good breakfast at Sugar and Cinnamon next door included in the price. The apartment was better than expected, good bath room and good galley kitchen. Clean and well maintained.

The property was subject to load shedding and with the weather being unseasonably hot the room was unbearable hot for at least 4 hours a day as there was no generator to operate when electricity was off. Closer to the room than I expected and was about 10pms from Clarens. Sugar and Cinnamon was not open in the evening so no evening meal available unless a drive to Clarens. Had to leave a day early due to being too hot at night which meant sleep was impossible when load shedding. Also when we arrived nobody to greet us with the key in the lock as advised by guests in next apartment.

The premise was very clean and spacious. The owner responded right away and they even left the electric blanket on for us since we were arriving a bit late at night. The premise was well equipped with very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was AMAZING! I would definitely come back.

The place is a bit too open to the road next to it. It would have been nicer if there was a proper wall or cover from the road

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast included in the price was very generous.

The property is located on the main road to the Golden Gate Park, and the rooms face the road. However the windows are double glazed so there isn't a lot of noise. There is also no back up for power cuts, and perhaps a Gizzu would be useful for wifi which goes down. There are special bulbs and fully charged back up lights which help.

The owners were friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was well positioned to explore the Golden Gate Highlands National Park and visit Clarens which was charming. It had a lovely restaurant on the property and the food was delicious. We felt well looked after and safe.

It was difficult to see the signage from the road initially. Everything else was great.

The rooms are clean, comfy, warm. A home away from home, the staff is very friendly and welcoming 🙏. Rosemary and Mati were so loving ❤️. The food was scrumptious 😋 definitely made with love. I will go back again. Thank you 😊 Willow Manor, for making my birthday vacation so beautiful 😍

It is very clean and modern. The filter coffee in the room was good, not expected and enough milk was given. Extra water bottles was appreciated. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast could have been a bit earlier, but it's not a dealbreaker.

This little gem of a place is hidden in the mountains near Clarens. We broke away from the hussle and bussle for a romantic weekend and found this place. From the moment we walked in the first impressions impressed us a lot. Rooms are very cozy, neat and comfortable. Bed very comfortable and with electric blankets to keep you warm on the cold nights. The hosts are very friendly and very helpful giving us lots of info. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was just lovely. By the amount of people here for breakfast this is a very popular place. There was nothing to dislike

The rooms were excellent, clean sufficient with every basic needs. Staff and management were very kind, friendly and helpful!

I like everything about the place and service offered. I can provide some improvement suggestions which are 1) Think about adding cereal meal in your breakfast and 2) There maybe a need to install entertainment facilities including pool, and resting garden

Everything was excellent.

The only hassle is the water that spills from the showers onto the floor and it gets extremely slippery....would be nice if it had a side glass panel to prevent this from happening. Everything else was excellent.
