Swimming pool, the Seaview, the Oceans mall is very beautiful, large room and comfortable bed. Wow!! The chef was friendly, can't mention the English breakfast 😊❤️

They must fix the toilet, you suppose to open and close the tap at all times when you using the toilet

I loved everything about the place. Especially my room. It was so spacious and comfortable. The host on property was really friendly and welcoming. A five star experience!

There were gheko's in the shower, which might be an issue for other guests. But I love animals so I was cool with it

There is a security guard on site who is very helpful but no real hotel type staff member

I thought there was a reception person there. When I wanted to stay an extra night it was difficult workout. I had inquired about a transfer from the airport but never received a response

The location is perfect! right at the heart of Umhlanga and walking distance to the beach and shops

When I arrived I was not given the room that I had booked. I was told that there was a double booking of the room by Booking.com and the hotel group and would be moved the next day. when the next day came the room I booked was still not available and I was moved to room upstairs but without a bathroom. I had to use the bathroom in the passage.

It was spacious, comfy & the food was very nice with generous portions!

Spacious room. Private space. En suite bathroom. Delicious breakfast - eggs done my way, bacon, sausage, mushroom... NICE ! Safe parking on site. GREAT! Easy access in and out of the accommodation. A stone throw away from the Umhlanga Village and beach. Wonderful!

The shower door didn't close properly. Wet bathroom floor each time I showered. I had to use my hand towel to mop it up. No staff around... Only 1 tea bag... my request for a jug of water in my room on arrival was not met. No staff around to ask... I had to keep my bedroom curtains closed due to men working at the pool early Saturday morning- no warning. I came out the bathroom naked... whoops.
