The staff are the friendliest from any other hotel i have been to,from the reception to security and cleaning staff all 5 star,the sheets are washed and replaced daily what is rare and smell amazing,the cleaning staff do a fantastic job,location is brilliant,the 2 bed apartment is spacious and priced very reasonable

The construction at property starts with grinding at 8 in morning and balcony was blocked off whole trip by scaffolding of what im sure is once off but the reason i did not score 10 also consider not charging for parking for longer stays as we are paying already to stay at the hotel

Location is perfect.. less than a minute walk to gateway and plenty of restaurants around the hotel. very welcoming staff from parking to the reception to cleaners . .booked a family room which was absolutely comfortable..huge bathroom with tub &shower ..beds are comfy....Aircon works too good....didn't have breakfast but my son who booked the loft on the 7th floor had enjoyed the breakfast...his room was amazing...suitable for 2 people.. we enjoyed the pool as well as the gym ..overall an excellent stay and we will definitely be back...ideal place to just relax unwind....a bit noisy on the weekend because of the club but nothing serious if u hv the door closed....

Would hv loved the breakfast the experience but it was unaffordable.... Family of 4 to pay 225 per person It should be included in the room rate..

Opposite gateway. Quick check in. Very friendly staff. Safe location. Spar supermarket close by (nedbank building). Little kitchenette ideal. Aircon in main bedroom (other room in 2 bedroom apartment had no aircon)

Choose rooms not facing gateway as from fri to sun it can get noisy. Had to buy my own dishwashing liquid and sponge. When I told the hotel, they said the cleaners will wash so not needed. But it's needed if there are only a certain number of cutlery and you want to drink tea again or not have the dishes smelling. A little rug under or by the bed would've been perfect. Floor too stark.

The hotel is taken good care as the furniture finishing is beautiful, both pool area are to die for. The bar and the breakfast area is so refreshing. First our checking in was amazing, Lihle assisted us to check in and she has been amazing from the first day we met. Then while we were waiting to be taken to our room then we met Isaac who was so accommodative for the Christmas lunch that we didn’t book for.He explained everything in details and how it will work. We then met Isaac again for breakfast on our second day, he made us feel at home. We then met the whole crew which is lungi, Nontobeko and NKanyiso who gave us a 10* service daily. I would call in the morning to speak to Nontobeko for my daughter’s porridge, with no fail it was prepared nicely. I love the fact that there was a play area for the kids while we eat…lungi would watch the kids and play with them. I have never been treated like a queen in any vacation. I have traveled internationally and this kind of service is rare to find. The whole team has so much care for individual guest and ensuring that our stay is amazing daily. My kids even asked on why is the hotel a 4 star and not a 5 star as the service is amazing.

The staff was very welcoming, informative, and friendly. Whenever you ask for assistance, they are very quick to assist. Kids friendly, my family really really enjoyed being there.......ohhh not to forget the breakfast it was always wow!! Value for money

Nothing I can say I didn't like which is a big deal, but suggestion would be; it would be much better if the restaurant menu have some pictures to be bit informative about what a person is ordering and foods allergies to that effect

Everything went smoothly, but they needed to monitor the cleaners because they didn't do a decent job; they only cleaned the bathroom, not the rooms.

The breakfast servings were exceptional. Great location. Very clean rooms. Guys the shower was outstanding, the water temperature and pressure is something to study, great experience.

The cleaning service, they took forever to clean room. We left the room around 10:00 came back around 15:00 and they were still cleaning.

The cleanliness was amazing. The rooms have the right colours to make it feel airy, spacious and not gloomy. The bathroom is excellent. The staff were the best 👌. Really amazing hospitality and service. They greeted me every morning and evening, by name, at reception. The pool area is so relaxing and chilled with waiters at your service. Excellent excellent place to stay at.

I didn't like that I didn't n extend for another weekend. That's how great my stay was here. Nothing to dislike here.

It's a 15minute ride to the airport and the location is near many shops and malls and a short drive to the beach in Umhlanga. Great breakfast too!

Sweeping of floors is not done(full of sand) as we were from.the Beach and even the following day it was the same and toilet brush is really needed guys please
