The room was big enough for a couple and free coffee ☕.

There was Dust on the table. And there were cockroaches in the room

Breakfast was a disaster as we had to wait for an hour after physically going down to order breakfast and the kutcheb staff said breakfast is gonna b ready in 10 minutes. To our suprise after taking a shower meaning 30 min after we went down to eat but there was no breakfast n we had 2 wait for 15 min and they said they have run out of eggs so they r going 2 de shop to buy eggs n de lady left after 15 min to go n buy eggs n came back after another 15 min its now 45 min n dey started preparing our meals 4 another 15 to 20 minutes n no sauces,salt n pepper on de table n wen we asked 4 salt n pepper dey gav us de salt container dat dey use wen dey cook in de kitchen n as 4 pepper dey gav us chicken lickens hot sauce. The kitchen staff was a disaster n after dat we decided we wont go 2 de kitchen again. Kitchen is a total disaster....

I like that the hotel staff was friendly and accommodated my needs. Especially when I asked to upgrade my room to one a little more spacious. The lady at reception was very helpful and pleasant to speak to. If it had not been for her, I think I would not have a good report back.

When I made my booking, I took the room without the sea view thinking that this would be unnecessary since I would only be at the hotel to sleep. However when I got there the room was much smaller than what was presented in the pictures, the room was tiny and had very little space to move, the bathroom had only a toilet, basin and shower that was almost on top of each other with very little room to move around. I immediately went to reception and asked to upgrade my room.

The Staff was so friendly,communicating well with their guests,very respectful and Professional and for that I salute them 👏 The rooms are clean and very comfortable.Sheets and towels are changed daily therefore with regard to their service I am not complaining..I am happy

I didn't not like the fact that other guests don't respect other guests because they will go and have their drinks(alcohol) and come back around 01:00 to 02:00 and make noise while some of us are sleeping so I think the Hotel should do something about people making noise or they should have some rules regarding noise because people can't sleep at a place that is like a Primary school hostel while you paid to Rest but you don't rest because of other people.

Air conditioning

It look like they were cutting a tree and that was just dumped in front of the building .The fridge was making a lot of noise.The lift doesn’t go to the lower ground,we had to use the stairs with the luggage from and to the car.The staff did n’t check our check out date.When we got to our room as tired as we were ,we were denied access,we had to go from the 4th floor to the ground and activate the access card.We ordered a breakfast and we were given spoilt milk.

The service on the room was superb,we never took breakfast or any drinks. Wow the staff is amazing from security to reception. They welcome us we'll and they all friendly serve with smile. Real like staff behaviour.

Tv standard is off a poor standard when it comes to channels,DStv channels need to be upgraded to it as I believe we need to have a choice to which channels as well as sports we wanna watch. For tea sets inrooms I recommend at least sugar to be added.Enjoyed my stay and will consider coming back here one of the days too

Being on the ground no access on seeing the view

I liked that the location is somewhere very quiet. The staff welcomed me warmly it felt like home. I wasn't able to make the payment before check in but we communicated and they waited for me until I arrived and made a payment at the reception, I was so excited that they trusted me and they kept their promise not to cancel until I arrived on agreed time.

The only thing I didn't like is that you can hear people talking in other rooms even even when they talking in the passage in the hotels I have visited before I don't normally get that. Also that we did not have a restaurant in the hotel. Everything else was just fine.

The area which was near the stadium and I could walk from the facility to join the ABSA race near Moses Mabida. I was given time to refresh and to have breakfast before checking out and I'm greatful for that.

The noise that were made in the floor I was booked at for the two nights I spend there my sleep was really disturbed. So I don't know if the Hotel can do something in that regard

The bed was faulty ( Room 102) The door was faulty we had to ask for a key every time we go out The trainee girl at the reception was not friendly at all, she is so lazy and full of attitude The pool was dirty and empty ( there was no chairs/tables to relax on)
