The receptionists are so good and friendly.

The fact that we have to cross street to get our breakfast daily.

We got a warm welcome from Ndumiso( if not mistaken ), irregardless of our late arrival, breakfast was fresh and nice.

I would love to see something meat like for breakfast, even if it's 2 options

The hotel facilities are great, the food was good. Its a walking distance to the beach. Some of the staff are friendly and they were willing to assist even with suggestions for tourist attraction sites.

The 14:00 check in time should be revised, some of us come from very far and so tired, only to be told to wait again extra hours before you can rest. At least provide some more comfortable resting area for those who arrive earlier.

Absolutely loving ONOMO HOTEL. Very beautiful setting close to the beachfront. Security is tops, friendly, well trained staff at reception made booking in a dream. The food was awesome. Rooms are fresh and comfortable with perfect privacy ☺️.We booked a family suite, trust me,it had everything one needed,netflix, microwave, mini fridge,plates,glasses, etc. 😍

It's nothing major, except for the sleeping couch in the family suite needs to be replaced as it is not comfortable to sit on during the day.Otherwise,ONOMO HOTEL is still the best.

The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is very nice and clean and the security is on point upon entry and exit. We had booked the rooms for our wedding guests and Mr Murphy was so very kind to let us use the dance studio for our rehearsals and always made sure we were okay. The breakfast is nice and plentiful and the dinner buffet was adequate. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back.

I wish the breakfast would have a different variety of eggs, only scrambled eggs were available.

It’s modern set up and location

Too much flys, The outside bar and seating areas including the dinning area needs to be cleaned and sanitized. This will prevent so much of flys being around. Outside there was dirt on the floors from the previous night. The area outside the lift on each floor was not swept and kept clean. The laminate flooring was sticky. Please improve on the cleanliness of the hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel.

The breakfast was outstanding, the venue was immaculately clean, and its convenient location made it easily accessible.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed to receive a less-than-warm welcome. To make matters worse, we were left to our own devices, with no one providing us with information about the hotel's facilities. We even had to ask about the breakfast schedule, which seemed like basic information that should have been shared with us upon check-in.

I loved the atmosphere. I loved the pool area

Our room was very cold, even after trying to adjust and manoeuvre the aircon it was still just too cold in that room. The bed was abit uncomfortable in the middle due to the joining of the single beds

Well located for access to business end of Durban, lovely staff, enjoyed the design of the common areas, room is adequate, Food was good.

TV with DSTV is useless in 2024, time for smart TVs that allow guests to use their own streaming services. Corridors need something to break the monotony, they’re very sterile, especially when the common areas downstairs, restaurant etc, are really vibrant and welcoming. Feels like a hospital once you get to the room areas. Room service didn’t work on the night I was there, room service comms device turned out to be DISCONNECTED from the internet, and thus they weren’t receiving room service requests from guests. Lost revenue opportunity! I like the attempt though to streamline access through WhatsApp.
