Excellent hotel located in the heart of Seoul. It's easy to walk around all the main attractions. From ancient palaces to modern night streets, everything is within walking distance. There are also three metro lines nearby, making it easy to get to distant places of interest in Seoul. The hotel is located inside a narrow street, you may not notice it right away, but from the photo of the building you will know that this is your hotel and you can easily get to it. There are many cafes and caffeine shops nearby, you can choose what suits your taste and price. Also, in almost all cafes and restaurants you can immediately order takeaway food and eat at the hotel, for example. Or if you haven't finished this food, you can tell what you want to take with you, they will pack it for you. This is par for the course, since the portions are usually large and it is not always possible to cram in food at once. Room: Small and comfortable. Comfortable bed, nice blanket, it is possible to open the window for ventilation. There is also a kettle and a set of tea/coffee, no sugar. The bathroom has a shower and teeth cleaning kit. Smart toilet with the ability to bidet and wash your butt. Two 0.5 liter bottles of water are provided every day. There is an ice maker on the floor. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace, where in the warmer months you can order drinks and snacks, or just look at the surrounding buildings. The hotel also has a gym, which can be used free of charge for hotel guests. There is also a laundry room, washing machines, dryers, and washing gel. Payable service. Breakfast: Not much choice, but you can find something to have for breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, crisps with milk, coffee/tea, croissant/toast, jam/butter, fruit, soup, some vegetables and Korean snacks like kimchi, etc. Staff: helpful and friendly.

The location was really great - walking distance to the shopping hub and 5mins walk to subway or plenty of bus stops. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and the rooms were quite clean! There was Netflix on the tv which was a plus and our water was refilled everyday. It’s also really handy to have the water and ice refill on every floor.

Small thing I would say is that I feel the bathroom could do with a bit of TLC, and a couple of our towels had hair in them (but they were obviously clean towels). Apart from that it was really clean so I would still stay here again!

location was perfect, short distance walk to attractions and to many local places to eat. staff was nice when checking in and out and very helpful when needed.

the only small thing that the group notice in the rooms was that there are some flies around so maybe the hotel can think of a way of minimising flies in the rooms.

Good and quiet location away from the busy streets. Very convenient with lots of local eateries, drinking bars and convenience stores. 10 mins walk to Myeongdong. The room is clean and comfortable and value for money for this standard.

The room slipper is inferior which can be easily torn. The hotel restaurant does not offer a lot of food selection.

The location (though difficult to locate at first) was within walking distance to many attractions (Myeongdong street, Namdaemun Market, Gwanghwamun etc). It is also on the metro line that is accessible to many other attractions further away (ie no need to keep changing metro lines). The bed was very comfortable and the design of the toilet is versatile (such that the toilet bowl and sink area could be separated from the shower area just by closing a door). The staff at the hotel were all very nice and were responsive to our queries.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved. Was quite appalled to see hair (definitely not belonging to me or my family) on the fresh towels that were supposed to be changed daily.

The hotel is clean, compact and very well located, in a street with access to plenty of cafés, shops and local restaurants. It was easy to access main roads. The rooms are spacious enough, very clean and well equipped, staff is very kind. There is access to a coin laudry room with washer and dryer.

There is no typical wardrobe, just a few hangers - but there was enough space to lay luggage on the floor. For a longer stay (8 days) it was a bit of an annoyance to walk around the luggages but not a big deal for the price/value you get at this hotel!

The location is phenomenal. On your right is the Euljiro -1 station which is where the Myeongdong shopping streets are and on your left is the Cheonggyecheon stream. The Hotel also has many local restaurants near by to help satisfy your korean food craving. The hotel also has a pub which is kinda decent, there's also a live music pub stones throw away from the hotel. Yes forgot to mention, the Hotel has a roofop garden which is excellent to hang out in the evenings, has a bunch of tables chairs perfect for that late night hang out.

The bathroom is a bit awkward, the shower and the bathroom share its door. Which means if you go to the bathroom and then into the shower, then the entire room has access to your wonderful bathroom smell. :)

The room was big enough for Seoul, and the AC was cold.

The bathroom has a mold problem and the bathroom floors aren’t properly cleaned.

This hotel room was such a comfort to us during our stay. Located right in the heart of Seoul, it was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to visit by walking from this location and it also was situated near several metro stations. Not only was it so close to all the central sightseeing spots, but there was also great food right in the neighborhood as well as in any direction you want to walk. The staff was so accommodating and kind, I felt very supported as a foreigner visiting for the first time. They even went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and they even helped us on numerous occasions, for example they helped us order food delivery one night and they helped us order a taxi that met our specific needs for an early morning ride back to the airport. They also had cards available to help ensure guests could easily find their way back by taxi if ever needed, and they are willing to store luggage for guests if they need this before or after the days of their stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean, as were all the facilities and our room. If it would have been warmer I would’ve loved to hangout in their rooftop area. We tried the breakfast buffet the first day and I we really appreciated the traditional foods included and how kind the staff were to everyone, even though we chose to eat out in the city the other days. Our room was spacious enough to fit us easily and small enough to feel cozy. The bathroom is a little capsule style but we appreciated the facilities it offered nonetheless. Our beds were very comfortable and we had a view of the city, as well as lots of interesting safety measures. Overall, my family and I were very happy with the location, staff, and amenities. I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again!

Small thing but while you are able to adjust the temperature of the ac/heat unit in the room by the degrees, individual rooms can’t change the setting between hot or cold. As a result we found the heat a bit overwhelming at first. However, the staff was very understanding and they provided a box fan as well as let us know that we could open the window in the room to help reach a more comfortable temperature for us during the nights. After that we were very comfortable for our entire stay!

Arrived very early so I had to wait for a few hours to check in. But it went fine since the hotel staff can keep your luggage while you can go roam around myeongdong or go to a coffee shop to wait. The rooms were excellent; bed was comfy, pillows were just the right soft that I liked, space was big. There were complimentary coffee, tea, and water that's filled everytime the cleaners clean your room. I especially liked the ahjummas who were cleaning the rooms. They were nice and smiley, which is good in my opinion. The rooftop is a big must go! Although the weather was not that good when I stayed at the hotel, there were times that my friend and I could check out the rooftop and just sit and chat by the cushions. There is also a coin laundry which I was thankful for. The location is good for Line 2 subway to hongdae/sinchon where I went to often. All in all, I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a comfortable experience while in seoul.
