- Perfect location close to the beach - plenty of beds next to the swimming pool, the guests don't leave their towels early morning on them - easy to get from the airport - very good work of reception (special thanks to Pilar and Natalia who always were helpful and friendly) and waiters at the restaurant (always polite and with a smile, they made sure that there were no dirty plates piling up on the tables and that you enjoyed your meal at a clean table) - nice and friendly staff - availability of local cuisine at the restaurant - good Wi-fi (I worked online from my room)

- the cleaning of the room wasn't regular, the bed- clothes weren't changed in 7 days - some days the meals at the restaurant weren't tasty (the worst sushi I have ever tried), and tilapia mostly every day is too much. You see a lot of food but it's not appetizing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in Camp de Mar, Mallorca, and I can’t praise it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable service, making us feel right at home. The location is simply perfect, nestled in a picturesque bay with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach is just a stone’s throw away, offering crystal clear waters and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the island. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, including a fantastic pool area surrounded by lush gardens, a well-equipped fitness center, and a spa that offers a variety of rejuvenating treatments. We particularly enjoyed dining at the hotel’s restaurant, where the food was exquisite, showcasing local flavors with a gourmet twist.

The hotel is absolutely great. It has a fantastic location in one of the most beautiful places for snorkeling. There were always great sunbeds at the front of the see, so one can spend the day listening to the sounds of the ocean. Delicious food, huge variety that certainly would meet all preferences and tastes. Seafood was especially good, can't not mention shrimps every single day. Bar crew (special thanks to Diego) did excellent job in making my stay as pleasant as possible. Of course everything else (rooms, beds, service, wifi quality) matched level of the hotel.

Stunning location, superb views (upgrade to the top tier room view option, it's so worth it!), staff very friendly, nobody bothers you by the pool to get involved in any of the entertainment, it's up to you if you want to, the sea is amazing for snorkeling (spotted jellyfish, octopus, many different fish) and was warm, everyone very respectful of the 'dont reserve sunbeds' rule and we still managed to get good spots at 10;30/11am each day

We personally didn't fancy the evening entertainment, but by the looks of things it wasn't too popular anyway. The only thing I was a little overwhelmed by was the music blasting from the pool bar all day where most other parts of the hotel were quite peaceful, was a bit of a jarring difference!

This Hotel was amazingly beautiful property, it had cozy nooks to read or just relax amongst the beautiful coast and trees for plenty of shade. There is plenty of shade just to take in the beauty of Mallorca. Great restaurant (Campo de Golf Stigenberger) next door for food and drinks for dinner. You also have to take advantage of the massage and wellness relaxation rooms they have. They had a saunas and pools were perfect to get some R&R. Breakfast is really good something for whole family to eat and dinner was also good, tasty. The staff was very attentive to get dirty dishes out of your way. There was also DJ in the evenings if you don’t want to leave hotel. It was honestly the most beautiful location, breathtaking.

The location, offers great views of the sea & bay with a very nice sandy public beach adjacent with safe swimming area. Professional and friendly staff on all levels (reception, entertainment, bars, restaurants and cleaning)

Evening entertainment line-up was a "mixed bag" and the location in Luna Bar is compromised by too many supporting columns and low ceilings, needs renovation / updating. Meal selection focused on quantity of choice rather than quality, i.e. sometimes "more is less"

I had an amazing short vacation at Alua Camp de Mar! It was the perfect place to recharge, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. One of my favorite things was being able to use the sunbeds right on the sea front — such a great way to relax! I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

The only thing I would improve is the quality of the beverages, particularly the juices, as they didn’t quite match the overall high standard.

I liked the location on the beautiful bay, steps from the beach. It was nice that there was a pool as well. The view from the room was really great.

The pool was very cold. It felt like I was on a cruise ship, likely because of the all inclusive feel. The beds were not that comfortable, they dipped in the middle. I also had booked two twins thinking they would be separated but they were together and the bed way made up as one.

The location is amazing! The rooms and the view are perfect. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. This was all staff whether it was reception, entertainment, bar staff, cleaners, they all were brilliant. My daughter loved the slushi's, we loved the cocktails. It was only a short trip from the airport and easy to book a taxi back to airport at the end of the holiday. My favourite place was sat on the balcony looking at the most amazing view. This was the first visit but definitely the first of many.

There wasnt any bad parts to the holiday although with a daughter who is lactose intolerant it would be nice to have better labelling of food.

The choice of food (they had different vegeterian options and even some vegan for dinner), the views in the area, the wellness centre which inlcuded two saunas, pool and jacuzzi (it was really fun as you have to click different buttons for things to work and it was really empty so could enjoy it on my own), the rooms were clean, different entertainment every night, game room, staff was friendly and helpful. All was great! Would really recommend it for everyone. I think we came there at a perfect time as there weren’t too many people but the weather was perfect (26-28 degrees). Would recommend updrating to all inclusive as it is affordable and you have so much food (and drinks) included that you won’t need to buy anything else.

The doors to the bathrook didn’t have a lock and sometimes they would open with the wind. The smell around the area sometimes wasn’t great. The price of the massage is different on their app and in person (in person €67 euros for relaxing massage for 50 min, which seemed quiet high).
