Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! The property is clean, modern, and cozy, offering a welcoming atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. Its fantastic location, conveniently close to the metro, made getting around the city effortless. What stood out the most were the incredible reception staff – warm, friendly, and always smiling. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and were available to help with any questions or requests. everything was perfect ! The location was perfect next to a metro and 10 minutes walk from the sagrada familia and if you want you have so many connections via bus and specialy D50 that passes near sagrada and goes until placa catalunya so is dhe best way to see the city like that ! Nice neighborhood without the noise of the center with everything around like supermarket places for breakfast and many more

only one thing that you have to take the key with the magnetic card for the power so no electricity so is very difficult to wash the clothes like that because you are out all day and they say to not put it after 21:00 because of the noise . but you are all day out sooooo ! just put a power line for the wash mashine

We had an amazing stay at the Cool Jazz apartment. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was a perfect place to unwind after exploring the area. The location was absolutely ideal. It was so convenient and made getting around effortless. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely return in the future! Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

The location was pretty good and safe! Habitat service was helpful. The apartment fits the description and offer on booking.com. It is not new or modern but clean and comfortable with good price/quality ratio. In close area you have plenty of supermarkets and good restaurants. Very close to subway station. The apartment staff is prepared for four persons. All what was needed in the kitchen was there, including: washing and coffee machine and starting set of coffee cups, teabags, sugar etc.. The same for bathroom.

Unfortunately during our stay there was noise reconstruction work close to apartment. Habitat informed us upfront but this was too late to change anything. The apartment with bedroom in front of Industria street has very poor noise isolation. Seems that the walls are thin and window doesn’t isolate the noise from the street as well. We have no problem with sleeping but if someone has it could cause real problem.

We had such a great stay. First time in Barcelona, and we loved it! Perfect and quiet location, metro station 2 minutes away to the hustle and bustle. Sagrada La Famiglia is one stop - unbelievable place! Great rooftop We would 100% stay here again.

1. The shower overflowed every time we had a shower due to the plug hole being blocked. You can imagine 4 ladies having to take a shower every day. 2. The message we got about the door wasn't correct - you need to turn left a few times to unlock and then another turn left to open the door, and then turn right to lock, we were told the opposite and we had to get someone out because we thought the keys didn't work.

The staff is nice and accommodating. Helpful in answering our questions. Reception area has a good/minimalistic interior design. Location is 10-12 mins walk to Sagrada Familia, 4 mins walk to Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau, close to supermarkets, restaurants, post office, pharmacy and hospital. The entire unit is clean. There is a big fridge, stove, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cups, cooking pots, spoons, forks, coffee maker and bread toaster. Basically, you can buy ingredients and cook your own meals. They also provide dishwasher soap/liquid, sponge, plastic bags for trash and 2 laundry pods for laundry (there’s a washing machine outside the unit). The unit fits 4 people (2 rooms: 1 master bedroom, 1 room with 2 single beds). Lastly, the price is inexpensive for a great unit. We totally loved our stay! Thank you, Habitat Cool Jazz Apts!

The location is great, safe and calm area with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and it's easy to get anywhere by public transport. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Be very careful when you book rooms because they are not all as in pictures. We ended up in a room on a ground floor with almost no light and no balcony. The ladies at reception tried to move us to a different room and they were very kind but they were fully booked at that time. The patio is only open until 21h.

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Clean, nice, comfortable. Good and easy communication with the staff. The location is excellent. There are many nice bakeries and shops in the street. Sant Pau Recinte Modernista is a five-minute walk away, be sure to visit, Sagrada Familia ten minutes away. I recommend downloading the Bolt app. A taxi from any part of the city costs 8-12 euros. Best of all, you can leave things in the lockers with a code and come get them whenever you want. We had a late night flight and didn't think about our suitcases. I traveled with my family and we are all satisfied. I recommend staying at Habitat Apartments Cool Jazz

The elevator didn't work, we had to walk up to the seventh floor several times

The appartment is a few step away from the nearest metro station and in the area there are supermarkets and bakery. The furnitures are very nice and the space is just right for 4 people thanks to the 2 bedrooms and the small kitchen/living room.

Because it's a refurbished old building you migth here some noise when the doors from other apartments are slamming or there is kids walking up and down from the adjacent aprtment Also, they charged me an extra 20 EUR because they guy with the key waited for me one hour extra compared to the planned time. I was told that when coming outside of the opening time of the reception I would have found the key in a secured box. The apartment could provide at minimum salt and olive oil for cooking.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds and position, very close to a metro station. Apartment is well furnished and modern. We appreciated the availability of lockers to store the luggage's during our last day.

The apartment was equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, but with 5 capsules only. We were 4, not clear the policy. The price per night was a bit expensive for the apartment value.
