We chose this Hotel because of the location near the airport and that was a good decision. It was fun to be in the hotel because it was very modern in a good way!

The hotel was in a great location, right in the centre near all the main streets and only 8-10 min walk from airport bus stop. Reception Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need plus tea and coffee too. It was v clean and bed was a large kingsize and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wonderful choice and again the staff were very friendly and helpful. Newly decorated dining room looked great!

Please put mugs/ cups in rooms not paper cups.

The hotel location ir perfect! Personal of hotel are very polite and helpful. Hotel and room are really clean.

There could be a larger selection of vegetables and fruits at breakfast and hot meals. The breakfast restaurant staff is very polite and helpful

Perfect location and exceptional views from the rooftop bar. The Terrace in our room was perfect for us and offered a nice chance to enjoy fresh air and cool down after a long day of exploring Barcelona. The staff were lovely and the room was very clean and felt like a little taste of luxury

I thought the shower/bath could have been cleaner as there was some grime around the shower and dark spots but other than that it was good. The air con could have been better too but overall pretty good. I also would have preferred softer beds but it still provided a decent night's sleep. I thought there could have been a smaller lamp option to have on as ambient light or as a night light too

Homy, convenient, location

Not easy to go to airport if you have heavy luggage as even Radio Taxi is not punctual to arrive in time

• Location: The hotel is fantastic, with most attractions within walking distance. Plus, bus and metro stations are nearby, making it easy to get around. • Staff: The team here is exceptionally friendly and supportive, always ready to help with anything you need. • Terrace: Although small, the terrace offers a stunning view of the city — a nice spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. • Cleaning: The cleaning service was good, keeping the room tidy throughout my stay.

• Air Conditioning: Since my visit was in November, the weather was mild, so I didn’t need much AC. However, I noticed that you have to call reception to have it turned on, which might be inconvenient in warmer months. • Room Size: The room was just right for a couple if you’re not planning to spend a lot of time indoors. What could be improved: • Sound Isolation: The walls aren’t very soundproof, and I could hear movement and cleaning noises from neighboring rooms, which was a bit distracting. • No Bidet: It would have been nice to have a bidet in the bathroom.

Staff on reception went over and beyond to help with their local knowledge amongst providing excellent customer service and restaurant staff morning and evening were amazing supporting with my 10 year old son's allergies.

My five day experience was amazing with my son. It's hard to criticize anything. I will definitely return and would recommend this to my family and friends. Thank you to all the staff, especially the chef who made special pasta for my son who suffers allergies and the gentleman on reception who found the bus route for fc nue camp for us. Overall, it was outstanding from everyone 👏

Great location, close to metro stops and Gothic quarter. Beautiful and clean room with balcony. Comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

The AC in our room (409) did not work properly, so we never had the comfort of a cool room. . On the second night, after informing front desk staff about the issue, “full speed” was set up from a dashboard at the front desk. The room cooled down for a while but then the AC stopped again. The front desk staff present in the evening did not know how to make the AC work properly.

Centrally located in walking distance from the airport bus. Bars and restaurants nearby and really great location to start and explore the city by foot or Metro. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. We asked for a room with terrace to the rear side and paid a little extra but it was totally worth it. From the 6th floor you have a great view across the city from the sea on the left to towards Montjuic on the right. It was also quiet compared to the lively street on the front side. Good breakfast.

The rooms could have a seating option. The bathroom has no bidet and no shower. Bathroom door is glass.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is absolutely perfect – all major attractions are just a 10-minute walk away, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The room was comfortable perfect.

However, there were some downsides. The room service was disappointing; no one seemed to take care of the basics like refilling soap, shower gel, or other amenities during our stay. I also wouldn’t recommend ordering food to the room. The meal we received was not fresh but reheated and quite unappetizing. Additionally, I had informed the hotel prior to our arrival that it was my husband's birthday, but unfortunately, it was the first hotel in all our travels that did not acknowledge this in any way, which was a bit of a letdown.
