Staff, very attentive and helpful. Solo female traveller and arrived late at night - I was welcomed by receptionist who was very knowledgeable of local area and very friendly and provided a lot of very good advice (restaurants, transport etc.) Also liked very much the water cooler and the coffee and sweets- very important to have these as there is no restaurant as such. Also really enjoyed the common area with tables and chairs- I did some work and chilled out there and had the opportunity to chat to other guests which was great. Great location in the middle of everything for food, drinks and shopping!

It was a bit noisy but otherwise I liked it a lot. Slippers could be provided and cleaning could be a little more thorough

We absolutely loved our stay at Uma Suites! Check-in and communication were great, and the staff were very kind, polite, and happy to answer all of our questions. The keyless rooms are really convenient; you can open the building door and your room from your phone or use a number code if your phone dies/no internet etc. The room itself was clean and perfectly comfortable for two people. The bed and pillows were very comfy, there was plenty of hanging closet and shelf space, and the bathroom towels were good quality too. The location was very central, so we were able to walk to many of the things we wanted to see, and if something was a bit farther away, there was a convenient metro stop near the hotel. Inside it was very quiet, much more peaceful than I had expected, so coming back to our room felt like a nice escape after a long day of touring the city. I would definitely stay here again!!

The only downside was that there was no safe in the room, but we didn't have any problems with this.

The room was huge, the location was superb, the beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms was a bonus and the family room does have a fridge despite the reviews on booking suggesting rooms do not. AC also worked well. The cleaner was a beautiful lady who really looked after us as much as possible. Warm welcome aswell at reception. The area to store luggage in the room was massive.

The room has windows that are the most dangerous we’ve ever seen, in particular in the second bedroom where presumably everyone would have their kids sleep. A child (ours were 5 and 1yo) could stand on the bed and open the window easily, if they were to lean out for example, they could potentially fall from 3 storeys high to the ground. It was so dangerous we moved the bed away and had to reassemble the room and try hide the windows. I Highly recommend the residence adds iron bars or locks up the top of the windows to child proof them before a serious incident occurs.

We arrived very late because one leg of our flight was canceled, however the Staff at Uma Suites reassured me that we were going to be able to check-in contactless. We were so exhausted and soooo relieved to arrive at our modern apartment which was very clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. After a very long day traveling it was exactly what we needed. This place is centrally located to everywhere and easy to walk from. They also have a common area that you can sit, relax and work that is very modern and nice. Staff was able to order us a taxi for when we left which was a relief not to have to sit outside on the street with our luggage, and it came on time and all was well.

Nothing really - we enjoyed everything about Uma and we'd recommend it to anyone that wants to be at the heart of the city.

Air conditioning was great given we were there in July. Excellent location, walkable distance to anywhere in the downtown area - 30 min walk to Park Güell, ~20 mins to Sagrada Familia and the beach. Excellent restaurant nearby (Casa Alfonso) and morning coffee/breakfast (Citizen Coffee). Taxi stand was 1 block from the hotel which was handy to get to dinners and evening activities after walking all day or to catch a ride to the airport at the end of our trip.

The building is big and has a nice, large common area where you could hang out or eat. The room was big and had soundproofing windows, which made it very comfortable to sleep in, as it faces a busy main road, we didn't hear a thing! Shower was also very large and water pressure/temperature very good. The cleaning lady came in once a day to replave towels and refresh the room. She did an amazing job!

We stayed in a 3 person room, the extra bed was a bit small so not great for a fully grown adult. Also the main entrance is a bit tricky to find, but the staff are very helpful. A mini fridge in the room would've been nice to store some water.

Location is the best. Stylish renovated apartment, minimalistic. Good A/C, WiFi. Nice young lady showing us how to use the codes for outside door and inside apartment door.

Lacking a bin in the room. Paper coat hangers easily damaged by wet clothing.

Good location, very central walking distance to most places and metro stations near by if needed. Staff very helpful, was able to message with queries and get quick and helpful replies. Room was tidy and good size. Had street view room with mini balcony - window was good at keeping sound out, able to get good night sleep. Room was good size made for comfortable stay. Supermarket couple doors away for any extra needs. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Would recommend

I love everything from the interior, great amenities, surprisingly quiet rooms despite being located around busy area but it is close to all shops, restaurants, main tourist attractions and the metro. The rooms are huge also with a small balcony but since we’re in and out it wasn’t a big deal. It was our first time in Barcelona and we will definitely go back here again!

The hotel is very centrally located and easy walking distance to old town. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is an elevator so travelling with luggage isn’t a problem. The staff are wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay and even helped me with taxis to the airport early one morning. Would definitely stay again!

Only on one day the hot water did not work very well.
