The hotel staff has charged us extra which had a difference of amounts from booking com stating that everyday the hotel price might differ and hence the booked rate was not officially mentioned anywhere in the booking.com . The staff mentioned to pay us the extra amount due to floating rates of the hotel which was weird we weren't informed about this

Premium room was quirky but comfortable and the bed was great. Nice to also have free drinks from the mini bar.

Made no sense to me that chocolate from the minibar had to be paid for but if I wanted a beer, there were two of them and they would have been free as well as the other drinks in there. There was one chocolate bar at 3 Euro and must be cheaper than the beer! I didn't like the menu in the bar/restaurant. It was quite restrictive and not to my taste.

Loved the location as it was so quiet and out of the tourists zone but close enough to walk or ride if you want. Easy walk to the beach, huge shopping centre 2 mins walk, room was really good, nice and clean, staff friendly, easy parking. I would NEVER stay in the main area again after staying in this location.

Pool was tiny, please don’t book this for the pool, you will be disappointed but don’t let it turn you off either, rooftop is nice and so easy to walk to the beach. It’s a full non smoking hotel EXCEPT for rooftop and pool area, it’s gross trying to relax by the pool with people smoking in such a small space…. There needs to be a designated area on the rooftop for it. Even with these issues the value for money, clean modern room and quiet location was perfect.

‏The location of the hotel is excellent, close to supermarkets, a shopping mall, a metro and tram station. The hotel has parking for a fee of 20 euros per day. The rooms are quite large, and despite the hotel's central location, they are quiet, well-designed and comfortable, the shower is excellent! The breakfast is delicious and varied, We really appreciated the fact that when we had a problem with the toilets, they sent a maintenance person quickly and within 10 minutes the problem was fixed, as well as the packed breakfast which was a pleasant and tasty surprise... thank you very much.

The fact that there is no free ice, as in other hotels, they charge 5 euros for ice, which is completely excessive.

The room was spotless clean, the cleaners in this hotel are amazing and hard workers and a credit to the hotel, our hotel room was perfect each evening when we returned from walking in the city. The AC worked well and the shower had good water pressure. We didnt book breakfast but there was a metro nearby 5 minute walk, a fabulous shopping centre and a lovely gelateria and a lovely cafe called Kibo.

The key cards stopped working twice, which is just an annoying inconvenience but easily remedied. The pool area was lovely and clean and the bar staff very friendly. The gym area is very poor, and lacks equipment, and the sauna steamroom were both out of service. Plenty of towels and clean gym tho, and sufficient if you want to get a quick cardio session in.

The location was nice, the staff was very helpful and kind. We traveled by car and we were lucky to find a spot in their underground parking for 20 euros/day. For a one night stay it was what we needed. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and it had everything we needed.

We don’t mean to be rude, but as other reviews say, the smell inside the room was very bad, it didn’t go away after leaving the window open for many hours. I don’t know the reason or the cleaning products have a weird smell, but please do something about this. If we didn’t stay just one night, we would’ve changed the hotel. Also, we were lucky to find a spot in the parking lot, but there’s a recent Google review about a car robbery in front of the hotel. Be careful. Last but not least… I was very nervous in reading multiple reviews about people having some of their important stuff stolen from the room and the hotel not taking any responsibility for it. Again, it did not happen to us, but this is not ok.

I loved the size of the room, very spacious and clean. Hotel is very modern which my son and I really liked. Location wise it was very quiet and very well located next to a big shopping mall, local shops, cafes and of course a short walk to the lovely beach. I had a teenager with me so he was always looking for nearby fast food restaurants which more than satisfied his needs. As a lone parent travelling to Barcelona for the first time having the amenities close by meant I could relax and not worry. The staff were so helpful and friendly, I would definitely return. I did appreciate the measures taken by the hotel to be more sustainable. That was great to see.

I can't really say that there was anything I didn't like. I should have taken more advantage of the facilities in hindsight, like breakfast, room service, swimming pool and the spa.

The eco friendly policy is not respected, towels and sheets are changed everyday even if you have not asked for it, while the country is facing an important heat wave. There is no brush to clean the toilets, not nice if you need to do the big thing for your roomate or partner. There is no shade at the pool, no umbrella in the sunbed area and we are literally cooking. The food of the restaurant is so-so. The hotel taxi partner does not meet the hotel standing, as his cars are old and dirty, and drivers are stuck on their phones watching videos while they are driving. Not safe at all! A client manager is missing to exchange about our overall experience for a 4* hotel
