The small beach and cove by the hotel is beautiful, with very clear water. Stunning coastline generally. The hotel is very comfortable, they upgraded us to a room with a private jacuzzi which was nice. Top floor bar and outside restaurant is nice with great view. Location is great as it’s slightly off the beaten track. This may not suit everyone because the area doesn’t have a lot of restaurants or shops, but we liked this aspect as we were away from the crowds. Cala Molins beach right by the hotel is very nice, and Cala Carbó is 5 mins walk - beautiful cove with no people at all! Note - end of October, clearly slowing down and the hotel was nowhere near full. But in general a good spot to explore the whole North Western part of the island. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

End of season, some facilities (eg downstairs restaurant) were closed, although we didn’t mind that. Internal parking is expensive (but the adjacent carpark across the road is free) Breakfast is expensive compared. Note there are some large hotel/apartment developments in the Cala San Vincenç area which don’t show up on marketing photos. The next door cove (Cala Clara) is spoilt by one such large development. In high season even this (relatively secluded) area could be very busy.

Absolutely amazing! Mary and her team were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived and showed us around the hotel, and were so insightful about the local area and helped us to plan days out. The facilities are excellent and clean. The room was very spacious and they kindly upgraded us to a room with a terrace. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the beautiful Cala, and the rooftop bar/restaurant overlooks the incredible scenery. Cannot fault this hotel, we will definitely return.

Everything you need and want and more. 5 star Plus facilities and attention to detail. This was a bucket list trip from Canada for my 50th birthday. It did not disappoint. Booked this stay 10 months in advance because I didn’t want to leave anything to chance. From arrival to checkout everything was superb. Booked 2 swim out rooms which allowed privacy with breathtaking views. Close to 2 beaches within walking distance, shops and restaurants. Port of Pollenca was a short drive away. My husband who is a seasoned cyclist, renting a bike from the hotels affiliated rental company with no issues. Felt safe and cared for throughout our stay. Staff went above and beyond all expectations! Would highly recommend!

Amazing location in a small and quiet creek. The facilities are excellent. The gastronomic restaurant was amazing. As a cyclist, I thouroughly enjoyed the huge dedicated cycling room.

The timing of the housekeeping and the refill of coffee capsules, water bottles, shampoo bottles and so on was a bit erratic, but we always got what we needed. The choice of dinner options was a bit limited

I liked that the hotel was new and fresh right next to the beach. Staff on reception were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. On the last day they let us check out 1hour later than normal. The second room we changed to was very nice and more large more comfortable but it did cost a extra 300 euros it also had a swimming pool. But all the other balconies overlooked the pool so again no privacy. Also the balconies overlook a car park and bar which is directly in front of the hotel. You can see the beach but as you stand on your balcony the beach is to the left and you do have a clear view.

Privacy. The first room we had was small but clean however there was no privacy on the balcony. It was the same on the second room we changed to. This hotel was not cheap and I expected more privacy. Especially as this hotel is rated 5 stars. On the second room we changed to on the last night someone above threw a used cigar onto our balcony. Other than this privacy issue on the balconies all was okay.

The moment we stepped out of the taxi, staff were on hand to welcome and assist with luggage. All staff, however, were incredibly friendly and helpful. A welcome bottle of bubbly was an unexpected touch. The hotel is less than a minute walk to the beach, but also with it's own roof top pool. Our room with a shared pool facing south with an outside sitting area was excellent and kept to a high standard. The rooftop restaurant provided a fantastic breakfast (fresh orange juice included), and wonderful dinners. Brilliant Spa facilities. We could not have asked for more.

We wish we could give El Vicenç more than just 10. Our experience exceeded our expectations and felt like a living dream. We stayed for four days and the purpose of this trip was to propose to my girlfriend. The hotel was marvelous, and our room was stunningly beautiful, offering a breathtaking view. It was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was remarkable. We fell in love with the Le Labo products provided – such a luxurious touch! We dined at both the rooftop and downstairs restaurants. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was exceptional, and the service was absolutely delightful, making each meal unforgettable. The entire guest experience team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They assisted with planning the best proposal, supporting us from before our arrival until the last moment in Mallorca. They helped with the logistics of the engagement proposal by connecting me with a boat company and making sure everything was perfect for this magical moment. A special thank you to Mrs. Mari Benítez, whose outstanding support and attention to detail made our stay truly exceptional. She ensured every moment was perfect, and her warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression on us. El Vicenç is Complete serenity This hotel is everything you need if you want to turn off the world and chill. From the spacious beautiful room, to restaurants, bars to the amazing spa.. there is no where you cannot unwind and relax. The staff is extremely helpful always making sure your stay is everything you wish it to be. The location is perfect. The corporate world has been kept at bay so the people you deal with on the street are small shops and staff more than willing to help. The ocean setting is divine even tho the sea in April is deathly cold 14 degrees.

That it’s so far from Australia!!

We had an amazing time at El Vicenç de la Mar, stayed more than a week and loved it! The hotel's location was perfect for our cycling trip, with beautiful and scenic routes everywhere, and a cute little beach in front. The hotel is stylish and clean, with comfy beds and nice rooms! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. Afternoons at the pool were also enjoyable, with great service and hospitality. There's even a spa for cooler days. Dinner was excellent too! Tip: Renting a car is a must for exploring the area or visiting Palma or Sóller for a day. Highly recommend it! Thanks again for everything. We're already planning our next visit, see you soon!

They do everything right here! Front desk staff,restaurant staff(especially the man at breakfast,forgot name) and cleaning staff were consistently cheerful ,helpful and professional. The beds and bed linens were luxurious.Room was large.Strong air con,strong wifi. Breakfast had many delicious and healthy a la carte options and a modest buffet . It was to obtain taxis to visit nearby Pollenca town and port. Gym had weights and running machines,but needs a better strength training machine. It did not surprise me to learn that the rooftop restaurant(view to die for!) needs advance reservations-as the food is so good it attracts many non guests,apparently.
