Location for us was perfect. The beachfront walk was beautiful & made us walk every morning after breakfast to keep us away from filling our faces with food. The staff were friendly & always greeted you wherever you were in the complex. The rooms were clean & and the beds are comfortable.

Only 2 drinks per adult when ordering, which was fine for us, whether alcoholic/ non-alcoholic.. Long queues at the pool bar, but that was due to staffing shortages. Wifi around the pool area not very good..

The staff is amazing, we are travelling a lot but honestly the staff in this hotel is extremely nice and friendly. The show for the kids and adults was very entertaining. The hotel is not super modern but the food and staff amazing 👌

Perfect place to stay with small kids, from 0 to 7 yo i think, we went with out 2.5 yo and she had a blast, besides we enjoyed it as well, as it was easy fir us to entertain her and be entertained ourselves)) the whole place is perfectly planned - quite spacious to have several pools, playgrounds, big restaurant and bars, but not too big, to get tired with a small kid, accessible for the strollers everywhere, quite green. The best of all was the room (we had suite), it was like a small apartment with separate bedroom and leaving room, both had tvs, also there was separate wardrobe room. The balcony was spacious Food was quite ok, there was always a choice of healthy options as well as deep fried and sweet. Drinks were quite ok too, drinkable, not a great wine or juice, but ok to relax, cocktails had terrible colors, never tried them)) if you prefer quality spirits it’s better to take upgraded option for 14€/day. Ahh, and the entertainment team was trying superhard to entertain, the kidd were happy with disco and a Panchi shark)) There is also a adult-only part of the hotel, but it’s quite reduced, I wouldn’t go there.

We stayed for two weaks. Hotel is located in very good spot. Shops and restaurants in a walking distance. You have easy access to San Agustin beach and one more beach that is smaller with very few people enjoying wild nature. Breakfest was very good. Good choice of food and delicious. Same for lunch and dinner. Hotel takes large area with beautiful pool areas with very good looking tropical plants and trees. Must pay a lot of credit to the staff, because I think they are doing their job with a lot of hard work and devotion. Rooms were kept every day by cleaning and changing bed lining. Restaurant staff still smiling after long days of hard work. Animation team was incredible by making live performances every evening at the levels of professional performers and keeping children interested in different activities during the day. Our son loved the animation team. Talented young people they are. Speciall thanks to Guillermo at the counter desk. He was very kind and professional solving any question with great regard speaking very good english. I saw someone shouting out for zero reasons, but Guillermo managed that calmly as usually. Hotel has a storage room for luggage in case you have a late flight home, so you can enjoy the island after checking out. We even got a room after for showering end prepare us for going home. I don't know what else could I ask for.

the beds were little bit light weighted and they were moving together with myself when i was turning at night. But I am quite tall and heavy so maybe this inconvenience does not exist with people of normal size :) Thats the only thing.

It was really clean!! The staff were constantly cleaning all areas of the hotel. Rooms cleaned daily. The entertainment was really good and they tried so hard to perform their best. The food was good and had a wide selection with the best ice cream! Beer and wine on tap along with non alcoholic drinks so you could help yourself when you wanted. Was really impressed by everything!!

The WiFi wasn’t great in some parts of the hotel.

Good hotel space, not feeling crowded thanks to the garden and big open areas. Great children's swimming pool. A nice variety and quality of food. Big renovated room and clean facilities throughout. Amazing staff, always willing to help.

We got a ground floor room with a patio, however with a few stairs in the corridor to get there, which wasn't very convenient with a stroller. Not much shelter from the sun next to the swimming pools, a few umbrellas would have helped a lot. Although understandable, better quality beverage brands in the All Inclusive would have been great, specially on wines and cocktails.

Nice hotel, enough beds around the pool area, food was okay, they do their best with the entertainment program. It's great that there's a snack area that's open 11-11 if you missed lunch or just want to grab something. I recommend the all inclusive option because you get a lot of alcohol options too. Also, the pool has two fun slides and it wasn't very busy in the water itself. Most people are just sunbathing.

Staff at the restaurant was sometimes a bit rude, you only get one set of cutlery so when you go for a second round or dessert, there's no cutlery to be found. Food was okay but basic. The entertainment was okay, just slightly annoying. Especially one of the girls that loved shouting in the microphone at every occasion. The room was very warm and there was no aircon so we had to keep the door open at night. The pictures make it look bigger and nicer than it is, but overall it's a good hotel to be in and the value for money was great.

Great place for our family trip. The facilities were very good, for adults and kids. Great variety of food, especially for a nom-inclusive resort; and great service (everyone was very nice and efficient). A lot of activities for everyone. Spacious rooms, with a balcony and a sofa bed, great for the kids. In general, great value for money, we’ll definitely go there again!

Nothing really. If I have to say, maybe that the sun beds were a bit old and ssome were broken, but that’s about it.

The hotel exceeded our expectations it has lots of activities for families and children. The room was perfect for us. The food was grand and lots of options for everyone they cater to all dietary needs. It’s not far from the beach, which is quiet and family oriented we hired a car to take us around but the location seems to have easy access to buses and there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel too.
