Spotlessly clean, great staff. Room 1119 on serenity side was in the corner so very quiet. Only a few steps to the pool. Everything there for self catering. Town/beach around 15minute walk. Bus infrequent but taxi back €5. Good pub grub Hammonds, next door to hotel if you don’t want to walk into town. Didn’t use hotel for dinner as not a buffet fan. Breakfast was ok but preferred to cook at apartment.

Not so much I didn’t like about hotel except they didn’t implement their rule on leaving towels on sunbeds! It stated they would be removed but unfortunately they weren’t and 80% of selfish folk “booked” their sunbed and didn’t show till late morning/afternoon! My pet hate! But our apartment had sunbeds on patio and we were near the pool so it worked for us.

The serenity area is calm, quiet, clean and beautifully set out. The pool was lovely. The staff were very helpful and the food really good. It is so nice to have a proper big sitting room in the apartment where four people can sit, plus a balcony. It was a nice place to be and a really quick walk to the beach, shops, aquarium etc.

More sunbeds to go round and tea and coffee in the room would have been an extra bonus, but we really enjoyed this hotel.

The adults only was just fab, pool area is so clean and relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean and facilities just enough for our stay. A lovely touch with a bottle of wine to welcome us. Bedrooms tastefully done and beds clean and comfortable. The grounds were super clean and very well maintained, lovely little touches with positive messaging. We only stayed bed and breakfast, and there was something for everyone. The staff were just lovely

We liked everything. Location/ cleanliness/ food was great so much choice with lots of veg options too and plentiful. We opted for half board and were glad we did that as didn't have to think y every night where to go to eat as were out exploring during the day and were too tired . We really liked smiley head waiter / host Miguel who was so wellcoming :)).

We were greeted in friendly professional way, we have dietary needs the staff at breakfast were amazing telling us exactly what was gluten free and what was not.

The only thing that would have been good to know was that we needed to bring tea/milk to use in apartment, as we were only staying one night/day did not realise this otherwise excellent. Next time we will also ask for ground floor room as stairs were tough with luggage.

Great location, easy to find parking, breakfast buffet was great. Had a top floor apartment overlooking the pool and partly sea view. Morning sun on the terrace great for my early coffee. Quiet and nice apartment with comfortable beds.

I would like to have pool towels included, and I think the minigolf area could need a make over.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Room was spotlessly clean and bedding and towels freshly provided regularly. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety with hot items actually hot which is rare for a buffet.

Too many extremely large people but of course that’s not the fault of the hotel!

Fans, bit disappointed none available to hire, I’d of pre booked if aware non available, was not until our arrival we realised non in our room. We booked the serenity area, very disappointed other guests reserved sun beds from 6am onwards, when we went to use the pool no sun beds were available.

Location, breakfast, cleanliness, friendly, very well looked after, mini golf was really good, and adults only was a bonus! We didnt stay in the serenity side and I wouldn’t next time either. Our room was perfect for what we needed, not really sure theres much difference between the 2 sides of the hotel.

No air-con but it was winter so it was bearable! Summer I imagine is hot! Not enough sockets in the room, not even 1 in the bedroom which was unusual. Dinner wasn’t great, it was ok. We ate out every evening after trying it.

24/7 reception easy to check in and check out lovely pool areas and bars great breakfast and coffee

level of details in some of the construction works was a bit random they don't provide towel for the pool area the bathroom towel were a little worn out
