Nice modern hotel with good facilities and could take my dog who was treated with a lovely bed of his own! Lovely toiletries in the room. Comfortable bed. Great secure underground parking.

Bit far out but as we had a dog, it was a nice walk. It was tricky to find initially. Felt awkward at breakfast as apparently we shouldn’t have brought our dog. Is this being pet friendly I wonder? Their was a man hovering over us as we ate which made us uncomfortable. Breakfast ok but could do without fruit flies hovering around.

Everything we needed,, spotless clean, friendly staff, good location - in a wonderful city. A nice walk along the river for 15 minutes to the heart of the city is really a must, with all the fantastic food the city has to offer..

Breakfast buffer was ok, still with some room for improvement, some fresh juice (freshly squeezed orange juice is a "trademark" of most Spanish hotels) - and I love honey for my tea ("sorry unavailable") - and a fried egg Spanish style. Still a very decent breakfast, with cereals, yoghurt, bread etc - and even Danish pastry.

We travelled with friends and their pet. Our friends were positively surprised that the hotel provided a bed and a bowls for a dog. The overall design of the hotel is very nice. We liked that the parking is underground and you can directly access it from Hotel (although you had to pay for the parking). Another good thing for tourists was that the receptionist provided a list of must visit places with the suggestion of must-try snack. That turned out for us as a little quest of the day :).

Our room was small, but had 3 beds. I think it would be a good idea if the 3d bed was taken away if you know that you have 2 guests in the room... Also, the street is noisy, so consider wearing earplugs.

We could hear some weird noise in room 102 in the corner above the bed. Now sure it it was when others flushed the toilet or what it was. It didn’t keep us awake though as think it must have stopped through the night. Wouldn’t put us off coming back as everything else was great.

the location in relation to the city was good, but located on a very busy road, so some noise outside throughout the day and night. The bed in the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, not only by choice but also the service provided by the lady serving. A plus point is the secure underground parking.

The rooms didn't feel very well soundproofed against each other, so you could hear people in rooms close-by or in the corridor. Some of the rugs/mats on the floor in the corridor looked tired and marked.

Location was perfect, although not close to town or beach if you are not able to walk far - for us it was perfect. Staff were fantastic Parking was good, spacious unlike so many underground car parks dog friendly, which was great - although not allowed to leave unattended

A little noisy due to road traffic, but not unbearable Breakfast was good, but i do wish the coffee was stronger :)

Lovely staff, room was clean and spacious with a window that actually opened-heaven! Breakfast tasty, lasted 7-11am and had a good range of options on offer. They had a central strip of carpet in the corridors, which cleverly silenced roller luggage as people came and went. Location is a little further down river, so an extra 10 min walk as opposed to the hostels etc but I knew that when I booked and you pay a little less that the more central hotels. Area is still nice and safe for strolling back at night and, if you have a car, it’s easier to find and access.

We really enjoyed staying at Casual del Jazz San Sebastián. It’s was perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They’ve let us to check in late and left everything ready for us to arrive and do a self-check in. They were very caring and asked us if we’re ok and have got everything for our comfortable stay. They also let us leave our backpacks on the reception while we’re exploring the city. Definitely recommend.

Modern hotel, clean and looked like newly decorated. Very quirky style evident throughout the hotel. The staff at reception were all very friendly and helpful and offered us information about what was going on in San Sebastian the week we were there and gave us recommendations about what to see and where to eat. There is underground parking at the hotel which was very convenient. We had not booked breakfast initially but we added it when we got there as there isn't anywhere close to the hotel to eat. It was great - good selection and great service.

A bit away from beach/old town than I would have liked but I knew that when I booked (we left it late). It is about a 20-25 minute walk to La Concha beach.

Super friendly and helpful staff, especially helpful about finding the bus station ( not obvious that you need to go down some steps near the ornate bridge, also vegetarian restaurant suggestions. Comfy bed and fluffy towels. Easy to spot from afar - a reddish building surrounded by grey.

No coffee making facilities in room. Some street noise when a car crashed into nearby traffic lights. Woke partner but not me.
