The 2 bedroom apartment we had was really great. Loved the decoration, was clean and is very modern with a nice heating system. The kitchen has everything you need and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The area is lovely and quiet. We loved that they put a bed, food/water bowls and a welcome card for our little girl, that’s a very thoughtful and kind thing to do! 😊. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to assist you with questions or any problems. We got the wrong entry code when we arrived so I called and they fixed us immediately. Very happy and would definitely come back and recommend.

The apartments are modern, clean and are equipped with everything needed. The terraces are lovely with amazing views out over the mountains. There is also a lovely garden area where you can sit to relax or watch the sun go down. There is a bus stop just over the road with very regular services that go into the city. Really easy to get around. There is also a really good Mercadona supermarket and a Lidl about 10 mins drive.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Irenaz. As a family with small kids, it was most important for us to find a place with green spaces away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still with easy access to it; Irenaz was just that. Located in a residential neighborhood, we woke up to gorgeous mountain views every morning, and were gifted beautiful colorful sunsets at night. The well kept garden, which can be admired from the rooms and accessible from the co-working area on the ground floor, offered tranquility while sitting and enjoying a tea at the tables outside, as well as a safe space for the kids play. The modern rooms are good-sized, the kitchen well equipped, the WiFi fast, and the beds comfortable, offering everything you need for a perfect stay. Although they don't belong to the hotel, were also happy to find two playgrounds right by it. The city center was easily accesible by bus which runs every half an hour, and the stop is just a couple of minutes away. Last but not least, the staff is outstanding, going above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

we loved our stay at the apartmentos. staff is outstanding! very splendid in everything they do. apartment is comfortable, has everything we needed. wifi was perfect to be working remotely. bed is comfortable. we has everything needed to cook, and some other things like oil we bought but then noticed in the kitchen they have sugar, salt, and others. Location is great! 10 minutes bus ride to the center. take bus 31 or 35 and it leaves you 50 mts away from the door. there is another bus 17 but it's a bit farther walk. we will be back :)

we loved everything. i just wished i would have chosen another apartment to have a view, we had an apartment in the ground floor in front of a tree (where we spent time working under that tree so we actually loved it) but during sunset i wanted a view to see the mountains. next time I will ask better which one should i choose.

Firstly, the staff were amazing, they were so friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was faultless. Spacious and clean and the terrace? Wow! Nice and big, 2 recliner beds and a table and chairs, perfect outside space for our dogs. Large comfortable bed, washer dryer, microwave oven combi and free gifts in the bathroom, soap, shower cap, razor and toothbrushes with toothpaste. Lovely dog friendly beaches with cafes dotted about. There's a fabulous aquarium to visit and you can take a small train upwards to a large amusement park, great for the kids and the best views of the sea and countryside as you're so high up.

A short drive to anywhere useful like supermarkets, too far to walk it.

Nice apartment, well equipped, clean, comfortable, with lots of space inside and huge taras with amazing view. Ladies at the reception very nice, kind and responsive to our extra asks. Reception closed after 18:00 till 10:00, but provides you all necessary instructions upfront, proactively. Little bit further from the city centre, but still manageable and at the same time at a very good price. Internal, secured parking with one spot for electric car, which was very convenient. Definitely recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Irenaz. It was a little out of the city but very close to drive to or take a bus. It had a lovely terrace with a great view. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The property needs an update… it’s looking a little tired. It could use new appliances such as hair dryer and TV. A/C was one unit in the living room. I would imagine it would be hot in the summer. The windows only had sheers on them so if you are a light sleeper, you will need eye shades.

Beautiful apartment with great views, very clean, well equipped for self-catering and just a short walk to a bus stop for direct buses into town. Also appreciated the flexible space which meant you could open up or close off the bedroom with sliding doors. Comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Secure parking for the car.

One improvement would be to have a bit more of a screen between apartment balconies so they could feel more private.

Maintenance was inadequate 1) light bulb burned out in hallway 2) 2 light bulbs burned out in lamp over bathroom sink 3) shower soap dispenser empty 4) outside umbrella very difficult impossible to move up and down 5) the A.C was a window unit and was unable to cool the whole unit.

Super location with a great view. Secure parking and excellent service from the staff. I would definitely stay again.

Some of the equipment did not function well -needs checking e.g. coffee machine not working correctly, TV remote had flat batteries and needed replacing, hair drier temperamental. No instructions for using microwave oven. Small things but annoying as you only find out when you want to use them.
