From the moment we arrived in Las Brisas (which was early 1.30pm), we were greeted with a lovely warm welcome from Anthony and Amanda. They let us into our room early which was greatly appreciated as we were on an early flight from Dublin. The room was pretty, cool, spotless clean and the beds were quite comfy along with a full-sized bathroom with shower and bath. A kettle with all the condiments were laid out, along with welcome bottles of water is in the room awaiting for us (a lovely thought). The location is literally a stone's throw from the beach, behind is the historical quarter and everything is literally on your doorstep. If you needed anything like loo roll etc. you could contact them quite easily via text message on the booking.com app. It was quiet (even though restaurants all line the street), cool (great air-con), very well-priced and calming. Only critique would be to have a small mini fridge in the room to store water and milk.

This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect - you will basically step outside and boom! you're in a street full of restaurants (very good ones by the way). And weirdly enough in our room we didn't hear any sounds from outside, even though I knew the street was packed with people! The sea is literally 100 meters from the place. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. I especially loved the little extra touch that you could buy some drinks downstairs, or borrow a book. Initially I thought I would like to have breakfast included but the minute I arrived I knew I wouldn't. There are just so many cafes around that can't be missed out on. I will definitely be back!

the property is very new and is located in the heart of Estepona, on one of the cobblestoned streets. The hosts were welcoming, accommodating and beyond kind. We stayed in Room 5, it is clean and had a large bathroom, a ceiling fan for hot weather and a TV. hosts recommended a great place for breakfast, went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay and that is all a traveller can ask for. location is amazing, everything is 5 minutes away, the beach, cafes, taxi rank - you name it!

I’d add perhaps a thicker outdoor window, to better soundproof the rooms from neighbouring lively restaurants: must say I’m a light sleeper, otherwise it’s absolutely gorgeous

A lovely welcome from hosts. A pretty, bright room. Large, comfortable bed. Very nice to have a kettle, tea, milk and biscuits provided. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the old town.

Nothing really, the battery cover on the TV remote was broken and so was the pull switch for the fan.

Lovely house located in the centre of Estepona near to all the restaurants and a stones throw away from the beach. Perfect for us. We had room 5 which was very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from the restaurants outside.

Very lovely room. We were in the room 4. The street was very quiet during end of february. The deco is sweet too.
