Excellent in so many ways, fantastic location, very clean comfortable boutique hotel. Good Air conditioning in room and comfortable beds with great shower. Housekeeping excellent, 2 lovely ladies doing an excellent job. Staff overall very friendly and polite. Great continental breakfast in the morning on the roof terrace which was perfect, lots of fresh fruit, yoghurts, fresh bread, cereals, everything g you need for a good breakfast. Roof terrace open in evening for drinks, lovely place to relax. Will most definitely recommend this lovely little boutique hotel.

Extremely clean throughout, great rooftop bar, smallish room but cosy and comfortable room which had everything with lift access. Location was excellent being right in the old town on a throbbing street - very buzzy atmosphere with huge selection of bars and restaurants

A minot point, but an idiot's guide on how to use the fan/air conditioning would be helpful

The staff were great, helping with whatever was needed, the Location fantastic and the hotel just a comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was okay - nothing wrong with it just not exceptional.

I would have loved our bedroom for being swept each day when the room was cleaned - we had been to the beach and the sand got everywhere! The eco-friendly body/hair shampoo just wasn’t very good - we end up having to buy shampoo

Location is perfect, just in one of the historical and typical streets. The owners were very friendly and served a nice breakfast. The whole old building was perfectly renovated with very good quality materials and excellent taste. Restaurants all around, the problem is the large choice... Rooms are extremely small but fine for two people if you don't bring a big suitcase (or two...). We really enjoyed staying here and would come back again.

It was perfectly fine for us but if you are the kind of tourist who needs to park the car near the hotel, it might be a problem since the hotel is in a pedestrian street. We managed to park the car at the beginning of the pedestrian street but there is also a free parking after the roundabout (Aparcamientos de la Cala, Avenida Litoral), 800m away. Although the experience was perfect, the room prices were a little overpriced for the medium season (if we think we paid less in the Parador de Antequera, where the rooms are 3 times bigger).

The Old Town Boutique Hotel is a charming small hotel in the center of Estepona's Old Town. It is walking distance to everything including the Orchid House, the Port & other attractions. The staff, especially Fernando (bartender & morning server) & Simone (manager) were excellent & gave us excellent ideas of things to do, see & restaurant recommendations. The rooftop was fabulous for breakfast & for early evening cocktails.

I didn't like the lighting in the bathroom & thought that it was harsh. Might want to consider installing softer lights.

Breakfast was good, my hotel room was comfy and clean. Staff were great - happy to help when I had a favour to ask! It was quiet at night.

There could have been more options for breakfast. I couldn’t find a do not disturb sign in the room which might have been useful. However, these were very small complaints!

we had a ground floor suite with own entrance – very nice indeed. Hotel is located in heart of Estepona just a block from beach. Lost of good (value for money) restaurants nearby. Room was spacious, clean and quiet with needed features like fridge. WiFi was working well. Breakfast is served at rooftop – what a great place to start a new sunny day. Breakfast includes lots variety ingredients – tasty and fresh. There is a free parking approx. less than 1km from hotel. Estepona was a new place to visit for us – exceeding our expectation. I can easily recommend – both location and the hotel – thx team!

The continental breakfast was excellent with choices of cereal, croissants, toast, boiled eggs, yogurt etc. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The position of the hotel is superb. In the middle of the picturesque old town, close to the beach, shops and main squares.

Our room was small but perfectly acceptable. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was entirely in keeping with a boutique hotel. Highly recommended.

Smart modern hotel in the heart of Esteponia. Perfectly located for the beach, restaurants and town. Very nice staff and the hotel is immaculate. Perfect for couples.

Continental breakfast was ok but the Nespresso coffee machines were annoying and everyone struggled to make their morning coffee. A barista would make a big difference.

Breakfast on roof and location excellent. Very modern and lovely smell when you enter hotel. Very pleasant manager and staff. Relaxed atmosphere.

I would have liked more shelves/drawers in the bedroom and bathroom. We were at the back of the hotel and most of the building around us was quite derelict. Room okay size for couple of days but quite small.
