Despite being provided with detailed arrival instructions and key codes there was also a receptionist available. The roof top terrace overlooking the Alhambra was excellent , no need to book a room with Alhambra view ;-)

I had a very difficult time finding out about the bed constellation. First I had the impression that they had 2 single beds which upon request can be joined, but ever time I asked I got the standard answer that they will do their best to accommodate me only to find out that the specific apartment i had booked had a large double bed which could not be separated (I travelled with my Mum). I booked the apartment with Alhambra views which is number 103. also although double glazed it was loud and you could hear everything from the street, but that is to be expected when you want to be in walking distance to everything

I was sent the code to both the exterior door and the room in advance, but there are two key pads at the front door and the one we needed to use was unlit and black so it took us several minutes at night to relize why the code wasn't working - since we were using the wrong key pad.

Yes, the property sent driving directions in advance, but they were poorly written in English so I didn't understand step 1 which read "go to Calle Elvira." I was confused becase I expected a cross street name or block number not just the name of an entire street. When I comunicated with the property about my confusion the person I interacted with was SASSY and rude.

BiBo suites is a gem in Granada! The hotel is in an old street through Granada, quite traditional outside, but modernized and beautifully decorated inside. We were surprised how spacious our 2 bedroom suite is. The master bedroom and living room have a lot of Arabic elements which make the suite look luxurious. The apt is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, stove, fridge and microwave oven. They also prepared lots of coffees, cookies, teas and everything you need to stay. It makes our stay very comfortable. The location is amazing. Waking distance to both Alhambra and old city, saint Nicholas lookout, flemenco show, etc. It’s located on one of the coolest old street in Granada, with creek flowing by, and it’s kind of in the middle of everything. Highly recommend!

We recommend NOT driving. Even though the hotel sent us very detailed directions and reserved parking space in the hotel, it was extremely difficult to drive through the old city.

A very beautiful, large, and bright apartment on the first floor of a wonderful old building. Well-furnished, cozy, and harmonious. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for a family of three. Despite being located in the Medina, it was very quiet at night. Great view of the Alhambra from the living room and bedroom. We didn't use the rooftop terrace. Absolutely perfect for exploring Granada on foot. Excellent restaurants nearby. We booked a parking space at the house. Access by car is naturally complicated due to the traffic flow in the narrow Medina and the access road that is normally only allowed for residents and registered guests. GPS devices won’t find the way to the house, but the written directions that were sent beforehand were excellent and led us to the parking spot without any issues.

There were several noisy construction sites in the immediate vicinity, but of course, this is not the hotel's fault.

We were Family of 4 and loved the stay! Very well furnished apartment and fancy building at central location. There was literally everything you require (dish washer tab, wash power, washing machine, coffee capsule, cutlery, dishes &glasses, kitchen towels, dish soaps, enough bath towels, dryer, etc). Building has elevator and very friendly receptionist. Location was perfect to get around. Close to many restaurants, walking distance to alhambra and hop on-off train stop was very close to the building. I strongly suggest this place!

I cannot blame but it was a bit difficult to find the place despite of good description I have received in advance. I suggest to study the map you receive in advance when driving to the property.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay in this suite. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how well-designed the room was. The layout and decor made it feel stylish and cozy at the same time. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had all the amenities we could ask for, which made our stay really convenient. But what truly stood out was the breathtaking view—it was the highlight of our stay. Whether it was morning or evening, looking out from the window was just amazing. It made the whole experience even more special. We were beyond happy with everything and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Location near Alhambra and city centre was amazing and made exploring the city a delight. Accommodation was of a very high standard, very well equipped, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Communication from booking process through to our stay was concise and clear. Especially regarding driving into Granada and parking.

Driving into Granada was a little 'wiggly' through narrow, cobbled streets, but this can hardly be blamed on the hotel! Directions supplied by Bibo suites was spot on, however, they even sort the registration into the controlled vehicle area of the city.

The property is a gem, it's location is outstanding with views of the Alhambra. It is in the best position on one of the loveliest streets in Granada. The accomodation is superb, clean, modern and spacious, it is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you would need. The property management team are based at the accomodation during working hours and are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

There is nothing not to like with the property or its location. The only minor gripe was that TV reception on some channels was poor but that is because is at the bottom of a deep valley but who watches television when you have so much natural beauty outside your front door

Everything, literally everything was amazing. The apartament is super modern, AC vent system which is a huge plus in torrid days, well-equipped with everything you need (from bathroom to kitchen nothing was missing) + ironing board, clothes dryer etc etc And the views of Alhambra and outside idylic streets is just spectacular day and night. This was the most comfortable bed in all the bookings over the years (you have extra pillows and duvets if needed) Would come back to spend at least 1 week, since this time we were just passing through Granada.

If you are a super light sleeper, the noise from outside at some particular hours might be a little pain in the back ;) but it's worth it !!

The 2 bedroom apartment was very pleasant to stay in, was clean, and well equiped. You could tell thought was put into what was needed by a traver on arrival. Christian, the receptionist, was very helpful! He made reservations for us for flamenco, called for taxis, and, when asked, recommended nearby restsurants with authentic Spanish food. Especially helpful was his advice of when we might consider a taxi rather than walking. All of this, plus the spectacular sites, made for a wonderful experience in Granada.
