The location was convenient for visiting Gibraltar. Our room was spacious and clean with all the facilities and amenities we needed. Our accommodation did not include breakfast. I am taking this opportunity to include my next comments under this heading. Due to car breakdown we extended our stay and the staff were very accommodating in enabling this. Both Miguel and Marisa, reception staff, went beyond their remit in helping us with this situation. As we did not possess sufficient Spanish to converse efficiently , they both helped with all the necessary correspondence and telephone calls by liaising with the breakdown service and repair garage to enable our car to be returned to us as quickly as possible. We would have been at a great loss without their help who are an asset to this hotel.

Rooms on the promenade side offer great views of the bay stretching from Gibraltar to Algeciras and beyond. A little extra if one can secure a small balcony. Plenty of space in both the bathroom and bedroom equipped with a comfortable king size bed and fridge. Really nice Reception Staff, always ready to help if need be. Pleasant walk along the paved promenade but allow a good 25 minutes to reach the Gibraltar/Spanish border.

Although the cold buffet breakfast is adequate, it is slightly pricy. The surrounding area of the hotel is closed to some residential tower blocks, some of them a bit shabby and somewhat deserted at night. However, on the opposite side, the promenade is well lit and the whole area seems as safe as anywhere else.

Great room , was clean and confortable. Breakfast was good, had everything I needed. Staff was kind and responsive. breakfast room was well decorated and confortable.

Paying for parking, I think it's something that should be included in the hotel price. Structure of the bathroom is not very safe, it is risky when you walk out of the bath and the toilet is right there, there was no rubber mat on the bath, it was very slippery, almost had an accident there.

Very nice hotel, comfy beds, clean rooms and bathrooms. There is a pool where you can refresh after a long hot day. A little bit out of the city centre, but still walkable distance. Beautiful view of the sea from the room. Gibraltar can also be reached on foot.

A little bit out of the city centre, not the closest to the restaurants (15-20 mins walking). Not in the nicest neighbourhoods if you are not walking along the beach road.

It was close by to restaurants and attractions like the rock of Gibraltar.

We were not told that the breakfast would extra not included with our stay when we asked about it. We just told about the hours breakfast was available. We grabbed a coffee from the machine after breakfast and was charged for that to. Needless to say we were surprised by the almost $40 euros extra on our bill upon checking out.

Staff were lovely . Place was spotless . Were alliwed to bring food and drink back. Outdoor atea to sit. Staff were helpful getting taxis for you . 4 or 5 euros everywhere.

No bar open until resturant was open . No kettles in room or tea coffee facilities. Coffee grab n go 4 euros. Breakfast 13. No atmosphere in place. People only used at meal times as nothing open. Only 1 person on check in required to do everything. Vending machine selling beers 2.50 euros .66 cents at shop 30 seconds away. . Place busy lots people but no one in lounge at night. Pool closed.Had to ask for cup glass ice if wanted drink .

reception were really helpful, Umberto was very nice was not meant to check in till 3 but he said no worries and gave me a lovely room with a fabulous view of the bay....room very spacious and nice bathroom....very clean

The pool was not open although I do appreciate this was the end of May, but maybe they should open a little sooner, terrace a little untidy

Brilliant location. Central to the main town and close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very accessible to the pool area.

We would have loved a room with a balcony and views of the front/ beach area , Gibraltar as I'm used to having sea views at home. Next time I'll be requesting a room with a view and balcony.

We chose the hotel for its' proximity to Gibraltar. We left in the morning and came back to the hotel after late dinners. The hotel manager helped us by booking a last minute day trip to Morocco. We found plenty of free parking on the street as the parking garage for the hotel is difficult for parking a large SUV.

i have no complaint to mention.

Beds where comfy with choice of soft or firm pillows, shower was great, the free toiletries where good quality. The breakfast had a good variety,and the coffee was delicious. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

There was no kettle in the room The swimming pool was quite small, and you had to go ip steps to get to it
