So centrally located. spotlessly clean. lovely quality bed linen and towels.

What I most liked about the place is that it has a vintage style or to day it in other words: 'it was a 70', 80' hotel with it's 70's, 80's deco. I loved it. The place was ultra tranquil. I loved it.

Tiny lil details I ain't think is worth mentioning. I will definitely return to have some time on my own like I just did the other night.

The location being right in the middle of everything.

Upon my arrival i think the room could had been a bit more clean, the floor seemed like someone spilled water and walked in the room after stepping on it.

The location was perfect, to move around museums, touristic places just walking, shopping centers nearby. 2 train stations with facilities to move around. breakfast was offer in the nearby place, very goo.d

The TV in the room was not working.

Very well located, near Gran Vía subway station in the center of the city. You can visit the main touristic attractions on foot. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

There was no power socket near the bed; the building is a little old and the room needed some painting, especially the ceiling; the air conditioning was not working, but the temperature of the room was ok.

Very austere hotel, but for the prize (cheapest accommodation with private bathroom in the city centre I could find, even cheaper than dorms) it was an excellent place. We even had a room with a big terrace at the rooftop without asking for it.

The receptionist at the morning shift kept doing his annotations in his workbook ignoring us in front of him for a while. A simple 'just a moment, please' would have been more polite to welcome your guests

It was a central location, close to the main square and good access to transport. It's in one of the main restraint and bar areas. Accessible 24/7 which is always good.

It's a bit dated but comfortable. Being close to the main bar/restraint area means noise so there's a compromise

The location is perfect! It is clean and tidy. The personnel was nice and polite but didn't find a solution to the problem with the temperature in the room.

It was cold, and even colder with the air conditioner on.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfy beds, lovely staff. Was a lovely experience overall, great value for money!

Only thing was the elevator seemed to be turned off/not working after a certain time. Fine for us as we could take the stairs but sometimes we were very tired after a night out and wanted to take the elevator.
