Travelled with elderly and disabled parents visiting family. Our rooms were excellent. My parents room had a fully functioning disabilty bathroom. Completle with all mod cons required by wheelchair dependent guests. My room a standard twin was compact but extremly clean. Our hotel booking was not chesp but the rooms exceeded our expectations. Great location as well.

When we checked out, we were unable to have a taxi organised for travel to the train station. We were told to go to Gran Via and hail down a taxi. This was very unsuccessful, so we asked the staff at the Hyatt Central for help. Maria was wonderful and went above and beyond to organise a taxi for us. Thank you to Maria from Hyatt Central.

Location was amazing. The front desk was very helpful. Luggage service - We were able to leave our luggage at the lobby on our last day despite having checked out allowing us to explore the city the during our last day easily without luggage.

The heater was not working, however, they quickly came to help and fixed it. We had a window to the courtyard and therefore had no sunlight at all. Unfortunately, the blanket wasn't that clean.

I booked a balcony room at the Hotel Regente Madrid, and it couldn't be better. I could see the wonderful scenery of the downtown street from my room, and its view vividly lingers still in my memory. On location wise, the hotel is located at the center of Gran Via, making it super easy for you to get to any of the tourist attractions in the city. It is only less than 10-15 min walking distance from the Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, so I could spend quality time having late dinner at two of the most lively spots in Madrid. Madrid Palace and Sabatini Gardens were in the vicinity, but I had to take a taxi to Prado museum Reina Sofia Museum, two of which I would like to suggest to all visitors to the town!!

Dining space is not spacious enough, but it is not too small for what you can usually see in Europe.

The location is great, very central with metro and bus nearby. Staff was nice, even though when we were checking in the receptionist kept speaking to me in Spanish even after I asked her to speak in English. The rooms are very comfortable, well decorated and modern.

The breakfast was only ok, the food was always the same and not much variety to choose from, even though the food was good there could have been more options.

The central location made it a breeze to explore the city, and I appreciated the proximity to everything I wanted to visit. Whether it was cultural landmarks, shopping districts, or dining establishments, everything was within close reach, saving valuable time and effort.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Located on the main avenue in front of the shops. There are many restaurants around. Next to the hotel is the Flamenco Hall. The hotel arranged a dinner with a show for us. We really enjoyed it. a spacious room . When we are in Madrid again we will go back there

should pay more attention to the quality of the breakfast. The slightly high price dip is worth the convenience

The location of the hotel was perfect, it’s can’t be more satisfying, it’s near everything in middle of granvia street main shopping street in Madrid, near to bus and metro stations, stuff is very friendly especially the 2 Arab guys, as not all stuff speaks English, so they can always help

I didn’t like that there’s no early check-in , so we stayed in street for more then 4 hours, so if you have early plane, you should search for other option

The hotel was spotless and in a fantastic location. At first we received a room that was outside the lift on the fith floor. we requested a room change as it our room was a bit noisy. The staff was very accommodating and changed the room immediately. we received a newly refurbished room on the fourth which was lovely and not close to the lift area. everyday we received clean towels and our room was left tidy. The room had a mini fridge and safe which was very handy. We opted for the breakfast option which ran from 7:30-11:30. every day there was significant pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, cereal, hot and cold food.

honestly their wasn’t anything we did not like about the hotel. The first room we received on the fith floor was close to the lift and quite small, so we were delighted with the newly refurbished room on the fourth floor.

Location is perfect. Rooms were large for three people and a nice small balcony. Staff were friendly and gave us good recommendations for dinner.

I do think hotel is wonderful but, I could hear everything going on outside including room next to us, hallway and streets Also for some reason our room was not clean everyday, and we had to ask specifically to empty trash.
