Very central and perfect structure for visiting the city. Comfortable and large bed with an original design. Large and quiet room: in so much space, however, a real wardrobe and coat hangers are missing. Comfortable bathroom but without bidet.

The concept of the sugar free and light breakfast is interesting but too rigid with a fixed menu that cannot be changed. On the second day we only had 2 of the 4 courses provided (and the least expensive) and we were even made to pay for a second coffee.

The hotel was fun, clean, comfortable and the location couldn't be beat. The staff was always welcoming and provided us with great restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed the cafe next door. The food was always good and the breakfast relationship with the hotel was appreciated. We used the Metro to travel around Madrid and the hotel was very convenient for this.

We like to do a brief yoga session after a day of walking. Since there was no exercise area and the rooms are small there was no place to stretch out.

Our stay at the hotel in Madrid was truly delightful. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Jorge and David. The receptionist, David, deserves special recognition for his outstanding service throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our requests were promptly attended to, making us feel welcomed and valued guests. The location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Madrid, it offered convenient access to the city's attractions and cultural landmarks. Whether we wanted to explore the historic streets of the city centre or indulge in the culinary delights of its renowned restaurants, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of our stay. One highlight of our visit was dining at Naked and Sated, a restaurant recommended by the hotel staff. Known for its healthy and gluten-free options, the food was both delicious and satisfying. In conclusion, our experience at this hotel was great. With its exceptional service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations, it made our stay in Madrid truly memorable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return in the future.

Perfect location within walking distance from main attractions. Easy public transport transfer to/from aeroport (40min). Personnel at the counter was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! We liked breakfeast in the cafe next door (charged separately). The room was super clean and recently renovated.

Not a major complain but: 1. It was too hot in the room. 2. In the evening we could easily hear the music from the store located in the same building (the store is opened till 10 p.m.)

Lovely little place, nice interior, friendly staff and very clean. Good lighting in the room, ambient and reading lights, good plug distribution and usb outlets. The room had good amenities, the shower is huge! The breakfast is provided by the neighbouring restaurant, which was great for me as a celiac who needs gluten free options.

Nothing major. Minor: An extra bin in the room would help (only one is the tiny one in bathroom), Breakfast location was very cold and the coffee sadly wasn't good. I would be back thought, great place!

Absolutely loved everything! The staff is super friendly, the location is the best possible, and the room is perfect! I was actually expecting something simple, but they clearly were so careful and thoughtful about all aspects... The decor, the BIG tv, the amazing shower (!!), plus the little special touches - like leaving a full water jar to welcome us and a reusable bag we could use (which was so pretty). We definitely want to go back to Madrid and we will 100% be booking this hotel again. Don't even hesitate - this is the place to stay.

Fantastic location, very close to metro station, shops, restaurants and coffee places. Simple, basic decor yet clean and modern. Good room lay out with sufficient storage. Very quiet. Cordial staff. Comfortable beds.

-The shower had great water pressure but the temperature sometimes wasn’t steady. -The breakfast offered is from the restaurant next door. Although is well prepared, is a set menu with limited options and is always all gluten free (not to everyone’s liking). You need 48-hour notice to cancel if preordered in your booking. In hindsight, I would have not take the breakfast with my room reservation and decide there or go to the Starbucks that was in the corner.

Unfortunately my flight was cancelled for 2 days and I needed to look for hotel options who were affordable but that didn’t compromise cleanliness, comfort or location. And…. I couldn’t have gotten anything better!!. It was super well located, subway station just a couple of minutes away, SUPER CLEAN, no sounds even though you’re in the middle of everything, super friendly staff and it actually looks cool inside. Bed was comfortable too.
