Amazing location, all most important touristic spots are within a short walking distance. Nice staff. The room was small but equipped with everything we needed for our city-break stay. It was really clean everywhere. We could definitely stay there again.

The hairdryer was getting overheated too quick for me to finish drying my hair, it stops working at some point and needs time to get cooler & be usable again. Would be nice to have larger packages of the bath gel & shampoo as the ones provided were barely enough for one use.

The hotel room I stayed in was on the small side, but it had everything I needed for a short stay, including a desk and a bathroom with everything I needed. It was as described on the website. The room is easily accessible and there's even a lift, but I didn't have a chance to check it out.

I took off one point from the hotel rating because there wasn't a clear sign in the street at the first entrance where reception is located. There is a sign on the door, but it's easy to miss it in the evening when you're tired from travelling. The large sign is placed above the entrance where there is no reception. It can be a bit confusing. But the manager was quick to help over the phone and everything was sorted. The two entrances are literally 10 metres apart, but you have to know which way to go! Google Maps was also at a loss. I should also mention that the room I stayed in had a window to the courtyard. If you're used to staying in rooms with a view from the window, this might not be the best option for you.

Location and location , cant beat that . Walking distance to every thing. Steps away from metro station. Little noisy as it was a very busy square ( Puerta del sol).

The property itself was very old and there was no shampoo /gel , just cheap soap bars . English speaking staff was not always at reception , which was in another building, just few steps away.

This is an excellent location for many reasons. It was close to the metro, and easy walk for a cab or Bolt. There were many restaurants ranging from different prices and menus within the immediate area. The entrance security was very good and I always felt safe. My room had everything I need and was newly designed and clean. I would stay here again, and recommend to friends and family.

Very central, literally just beside Sol, and around the corner from the Metro/train station. Very clean. Not the most modern but the bed was comfy and although small the room had everything I could need for one night.

Just minor things like very small lift (for me ok but if someone has lot of luggage can be an issue) and as they were on renovations, you have to go to the next door for check in. Nothing major anyway and the staff was good (the cleaning lady let me leave the suitcase in the room before I went to the other building for the check in)

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The room had a small refrigerator and safe. The water pressure in the shower was great! The location was close to shopping and food.

We like keeping the window open so we can get fresh air and hear the sounds of the city but the Puerta del Sol area was so busy and loud with music and people up until after 1pm on a Monday night that we had to close the window.

+ Location. Great. Just steps from Sol and many options for food/drink nearby. Fine to walk for early flights to Plaza de Cibeles for the airport express bus. + Very clean. Room was serviced daily and toiletries topped up. + Facilities were appreciated, esp. the minifridge, TV and Aircon.

- Check-in procedure. Different building. A faff, confusing and seemed a little pointless. - The bathroom and shower were super cramped, but did function excellently. - The very slow lift is extremely claustrophobic, but at least there was one!

To be any closer to the Sol metro station, you would have to be right on top of it. This is a great location, for a very good price. The room is a good enough size. The way the property is arranged is a bit odd, with check-in being in one building and (in our case) the room in another (just one building in between). That just meant we couldn't get hot water for coffee int he morning. On the other hand, our friends in the city recommended La Mallorquina, which is visibly popular, and is only a couple of minutes away. There are also other cafes around Puerta Del Sol.

Very Central location, everything on the doorstep. Felt very secure with bell system to enter the rooms. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional.Daily towel change and room clean. Would recommend to friends and family. Would definitely stay again.

Pillows were very hard, had a bad neck after only one night but did not ruin the overall stay.

Ivana , Diana , Maria were excelente , they try their to accommodate us their best , clean place .the Cleaning Lady from Marroco don’t remember her name was excelent.

A door need to be fixed in Victoria 2 the main door get stuck and doesnot close by itself.
