- The location and facilities were very nice for the price given. The location is in the middle of the attractions which are mostly within walking distance (10-20 mins). We walked to Museum del Prado & Retiro Park. Also, you can take the underground metro to go around (Buy 1 metro card valid for 10 rides for around 8€ and you can share with other people using that 1 card. tap 2 times for 2 people!). - There are 2 plug points (1 on each side of the bed). Scrolling on your phone and posting your nice experience before bed has never been easier! - AC is provided. Madrid is quite hot in the summer so cranking the AC down to 16⁰C helps a lot! - If you arrive earlier than check-in time, the hotel allows you to store your luggage and you can begin your visit right away! Same thing for when you check out, you can store your luggage and go visiting while waiting for your bus/flight. - For Muslims, there are many halal food restaurants around the hotel (3-5 mins walking). Not too expensive, around 10€ per person. - The toilet was clean. Towels are changed everyday. We got 2 bath towels and 2 face towels each day. - There is ample space for luggage storage inside the closet. There are some hangers (I think maybe around 5-6).

Perfect location in the center. Very quiet so we could have a nice rest. Its near the oldest tablao flamenco 911 and near a lot of bars, restaurants, clubs. The staff was really nice and polite, they helped us with the luggage and next time we come to Madrid we'll definitely stay in this accommodation. The room is very sweet and clean and provides very comfortable mattress

El place is nice, clean with great location to move around Madrid. No staff just doors with rooms. Good wifi and enough space in the room. Good AC that was important because it was very hot in Madrid.

The bed was a bit hard, very basic decoration, and in front of the building there is a club that was open until very late, people talking outside and there was music very loud, I recommend to always travel with ear plugs

The location is amazing, place was very clean and staff great and helpful, always smily and easy to communicate, highly recommend. If we ever come to Madrid i wouldnt hesitate to stay there. Thanks x

Just the mattress was very hard but other than this all was great!

The location is great, and the sound isolation is good enough that the noise from the streets do not bother you! The staff are always cleaning and tidying the rooms, fresh towels should you want them.

Staff (check in and cleaning) were friendly. Price was appropriate. Location was central and handy for shops and sightseeing.

During weekends the area can get noisy for families.

Excellent location. The two cleaners were absolutely amazing and were so friendly, they tried to help out were ever they could. They replaced my two broken lights immediately.

Confusing check in. Someone should meet you on the premises. Not enough power points and none near your bed. Hairdryer should be in every room like advertised. There is only bath soap and one make up wipe as part of your toiletries. You expected to wash your hair with bath soap and no conditioner.

Location is very very good.

You have to check in in another branch of the hotel which is 5 mins walk from hotel. But fortunately there was someone who helped us to check in and giving the keys. checkout is super smooth.

Was in a good location, lots of food, bars around nice squares around in various directions, LoCal also to metro

Nothing really, all good? Had one issue with sink slightly leaking, a little but that was addressed immediately, whilst out and all is good

Very well located. Near many places of interest, bars, restaurants. Easy to get there and many options for public transport. The room was comfortable and clean. Very kind staff

Tha bathroom is quite small. But good thing is in the room. Other guests kept talking in the hall and it got annoying.
