Location was great! Rooms were very comfortable.

Pool separated in another building. Not a huge issue but you do have to take two elevators to access it.

The hotel was spotless and smelled lovely

Didn't like the bathroom facilities being in the room and not separate

New hotel with a full size theater inside, but unfortunately the plays are all in Spanish only. But I enjoyed staying here, I arrived earlier and they welcomed us happily.

First musical hotel was a new experience to me so it’s beautiful place and its in center.

The elegant calmness and comfort. We felt pampered and always welcome. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Those extra touches, like a special welcome from Guest Services, which provided us with a yummy Panettone upon arrival. Water was provided every day. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job of preparing our room each day. Breakfast was generous in choices and quality. Location couldn’t be beat. Would definitely stay there again!

Our only concern was upon leaving the property, we were provided with a taxi waiting for us right outside the hotel. The driver of the taxi was speeding the entire time we were in transit. He got up to speeds of 130-140 kmh, in speed zones of 90 kmh. What we were told would take 30-40 minutes to the airport, he made it in 15 minutes! It was very scary and dangerous.

An exceptional hotel in the heart of Madrid. The facade is beautiful and its interior is designed with a mix of deco and modern pop art of iconic musicians. The staff was accommodating and helpful in providing nearby restaurants and taxi service to and from the airport. Inside the rooms the clean modern aesthetic that has a comfortable bed, bathtub and shower. I really loved the Bluetooth speakers which provided a comfortable ambiance with your Spotify. The rooftop terrace is also something to behold as the 360 degree view of the city is breathtaking. The bar and service is also fantastic with heating on winter nights. The second floor contains a nice restaurant with a breakfast that was ok. I enjoyed the live music. Overall a fantastic experience!

The breakfast was too expensive for what was provided.

You can see its a music-oriented hotel. Universal Music did a great job, there’s speakers in the room, the balcony view was amazing and there’s a theater!

The location was excellent. Reception staff were friendly and helpful & even took our luggage up to our room, when it was ready for us to check in. Hotel was clean and smelt lovely. We had a basic room and even that was brilliant, all amenities were a nice touch.

The rooftop bar was amazing, only thing that lets it down is the staff, lack of attention and wait times for service or drinks to arrive. Pool was extremely cold. Due to the location being so central, there is a lot of noise early in the morning, but of course no fault of the hotel. Not accessible by taxi right outside, but easy to walk to get one, so not an issue for us.

The location of this hotel is excellent, within walking distance of all major tourist locations. The reception staff were absolutely excellent at all times during the stay, more than happy to help with any queries. Breakfast was a mix of continental and a la carte, very nice selection of dishes to choose from. Room was cozy, but very well laid out. Can't expect more from a city centre location. Complimentary water each day and nespresso pods were a nice touch.

My only complaint is that the rooftop bar was booked for a private event one of the evenings I was there, residents were asked to move into a corner. As a consolation a free drink was given (after requesting) which helped clear things up. Minibar prices were very expensive, 6 euros for a soft drink.

The hotel is in an excellent location and near major attractions. A recommendation to those who do not regularly walk, they need to know that the taxis can be requested by the hotel concierge because the area in front of the hotel is a walking area and the traffic is designed a block away. The room service was extremely impeccable. We would return at night and find a pair of slippers and a bottle of water next to the bed. That was their top area of service.

The rooms were quite small but we were able to accommodate our belongings.

Great hotel, location 2 minuts from sol which is the main tourist area, you can get to most attractions by foot or using the metro (sol station 2 minutes from the hotel) The hotel has very cool theming and youg atmosphere, rooms and elavator are decorated with pictures of pop and rock stars, in my room I had Freddy mercury and in the lobby of my floor you had Sinatra and Rihana, very cool. The room was big enougth for one person (I was traveling alone) bed was very comftable and room had a big bathtub and big shower. The hotel is near sol so you have many food places that are open relatively until late hours. Staff was great.
