Easy access any time of the day, plenty of restaurants and shops. Within 8 minute walk from metro stations which was super convenient, also 24/7 supermarket nearby. Kind of kitchen available for guests although we didn't use it. Mini fridge in the room, comfortable mattress and general cleanliness on highest level

"View" from the window was really depressing - a wall around just in front of the window, approx. 2m from the window. Since it was quite "deep" in the building it was even impossible to determine what's the weather outside. Because of that also poor ventilation through the window. Air conditioning has a timer set to 2 hours, after that it has to be turned on again, that combined with aircon units outside (so loud if you open window) is quite annoying. Not recommend for staying there overnight during hot periods.

The place was great, friendly atmosphere and staff. The room was also very comfortable and clean and i liked the fact that i could do the check in and check out on my own. We had everything we needed. I appreciated the earplugs too for people who are more sensitive with sounds during their sleep. Overall, i would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a clean place, nice surroundings and bus/ metro stations.

The room was very clean and there was enough space for my wife and I. We could even have Netflix for free. The bathroom was big comparing it with the room and there was soap and shampoo separately. The common area which includes the kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals and breakfast.

If you are in a flat on the outside, like us, you may suffer from traffic noise as the flats are located on the first floor overlooking a fairly busy street during the day. At night the street is quiet. There were ear protectors for those bothered by car noise.

The location was excellent, very close to Cuatro Caminos, with great restaurants within just "spit range", I would say almost literally. The attention of our host, Gonzalo, was always timely and supportive. The room is new, very clean and comfortable, with AC and fan, TV, and there is a large isle as a kitchen, shared across all rooms including all appliances.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps I would suggest to provide tea bags in addition to coffee, as an improvement :)

We found everything we needed in the shared kitchen. It was great that there was a water dispenser. The room was nice, cozy and clean. We also appreciate the coffee capsules. Earplugs were provided to reduce infiltrating noises. The central parts of Madrid can be easily reached with a 20-minute metro ride from the nearby metro station. Perfect accommodation to get to know Madrid and travel to nearby cities such as Toledo.

Stayed for 1 night at short notice. Host was really friendly and sent all the required info as soon as I booked. Really easy to find and access the apartments with self-checkin. Room was good, comfy bed, private bathroom, aircon, quiet location. Communal kitchen area looked good although didn't use it personally, had a water-cooler.

First experience of communal accommodation. Glad it the other guests were all quiet and no noise so would try again but do like my own space

Very clean rooms, good location, there are shops around, supermarket, nice cafes and of course , Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Nice kitchen that has amenities to cook, and also washing machine in case you are staying longer and need to do laundry.

Great place to stay! Easy check in process, clean, and within walking distance of Estadio Bernebeu! Would stay here again!

There was some construction noise but it was during the day when we weren’t in the room really.

The accommodation is clean and modern and had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth and the communication prompt. The location was very convenient for a short stay, 5 minutes from Nuevos Ministerios metro station with easy access to the airport.
