The location was amazing, right in Sol shopping area which is centrally located with metro station and everything you need within walking distance! Great restaurants and bars around the neighbourhood. If you enjoy lively nightlife then that's the place to be! The rooms were themed and really pretty as well as clean. The staff were sweet and helpful although we arrived past midnight for checkin!

If the room was a bit bigger it'd be perfect. Also, the rooms have incredible soundproofing but since the nightclub was right next to the rooms, do not expect absolute peace and quiet. Finally, I'd suggest adding protective mesh on the windows so that no bugs come in when they are open.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and close to multiple metro stops. The room was good for a stay where you plan to be out and about most of the time. Three beds, small but functional bathroom, and we even had AC. It gets noisy at night in this neighborhood, but that's to be expected, and the double-paned windows kept much of the noise out.

Honestly it was all pretty good. I did realize too late that it didn't have an elevator, but it's only on the first floor, do just one flight of stairs to go up.

location is good, near everything. Walking around is nice experience. Go north is Sol Sq, east is Congress Building then Prato Museum. Go west is Majoy Sq, then Palace area. South is good too, there are a lot of restaurants you could try.

Bath room's shower switch is some kind tricky, need couple minutes to get ride of it. No elevator, that's not good for heavy luggage carriers. nearby streets maybe a little noise in late evening with young Bar customers accumulated.

The location is perfect and kind staff. There are restaurants all around, the train stationnis close and puerta del sol is less 5 minutes walk.

I stayed there as soon as I got to Spain. First with 3 more people, the room was so nice no very big but jusst enough. After few days I came back with my partner and we got a room for two, unfortunately this time the room was extremely small, it was so hard to move in the room and the bathroom.

The accommodation is in a very good location. It should be taken into account that there are restaurants and bars right next to it, which makes it a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean, cleaned every day. Each room is given the name of a city instead of a room number. From the accommodation, you could get to the main square in a few minutes. I can only recommend.

Unbeatable location in Madrid with friendly staff and comfortable, modern rooms.

Access through the main door is only possible by ringing a bell and waiting for the staff to open. Even though the reception is open 24 hours and they were always super quick to open, I generally appreciate an independent access.

It is just what you need in the center of Madrid, cozy, quiet, well equipped, clean, fast checkin process, easy check out, excellent personal and the location is great.

I don’t really care about this but I can figure that someone can have difficulties without elevator more if they have a lot of luggage.

Location, staff and cleanliness. All three receptionists - Julia, another young female and a young male - were super helpful and nice.

Excellent location! There are countless restaurants nearby and it is right in the center of town. Could not ask for a better location. The room was updated and clean. The AC worked great and there was plenty of hot water.

The sink was tiny; I mean dwarf size as well as the TV. We don't watch TV but it was a joke just to see the size. It was smaller than a 24" computer monitor. The faucet handle to the shower would fall off occasionally but it would not make it inoperable.
