For me, the main advantage of staying at this place is the location; it is within walking distance to two of the main metro lines, it has a very nice place in front and is next to a major street. The price was just right, somewhat cheap, but I reserved way in advance.

The room was not as quiet as I expected and the toilet space was extremely tight; it has a small bathtub though. Also, the desk is too big for the room. The bed was comfortable though.

Location. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. Clean. Staff helpful. Sounds from the street not too noticeable when windows closed. Small fridge in room with free bottled water.

Entrance hallway floors and stairs & banister covered up; looked like a construction site. Maybe being refurbished... Room lacked any charm but was straightforward and serviceable. A bit noisy when people in nearby rooms talking loudly but generally not bad. Slivers of soap insubstantial.

It is well located a couple of blocks from Gran Via; bus and metro within walking distance. Clean and with lots of natural light.

If I have to mention something, it would be the size of the bathroom, and the fact that the shower would overflow, as it didn't drain fast enough

We stayed at 'New Go Inn' for a single night. It is situated close to the famous Gran Via of Madrid. Though the property is situated on a narrow street, it is still accessible by car. The surroundings are generally busy in the daytime but get calmer as the day turns into night.   The hotel looked a bit old, but it was clean. It was located on the 1st floor of the building. The upper floors are only accessible through the staircase. We arrived early in the morning and the receptionist helped us to store our luggage until the check-in time. The room & the bathroom were of sufficient space. They were clean & had good lighting. The room was equipped with a heater, a couple of small tables & a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean and hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available. Overall, it was a good stay at New Go Inn.

The location of the hostel is wonderful - practically within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The staff is friendly, answers all questions, it is kept clean. There is a small fridge and kettle in the room. The beds are comfortable.

The walls are thin and you can hear what's going on in the next room. There was only one chair in the room, which is not enough for three people.

The staff was super helpful and polite! The room was clean. The location is the greatest!! I truly enjoyed the location next to everything, extremely convenient!

The room was extremely small we couldn't even enter properly , due to its small size. The was no hairdryer and we could hear every little noise surrounding the room. Also the bed was more like a folding bed. I don't think it's suitable for more that 2 nights stay , for a couple..

The location is fantastic. The room and promises are very clean and staff helpful. Great for budget travelling, the room has that you need, comfortable bed, heating, tv desk en suite little bathroom. It's little space but sufficient for basics. I would recommend to anyone who is not sassy.. I was surprised I was expecting less comfort

The bedroom walls are thin, and some guests might not be as condidered ...so if you are light sleeper it can be an issue. However staff is helpful in such situations.

Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, central location, helpful staff, the complementary coffee is a nice touch, comfortable pillows and duvet. Everything was great.

I am giving it a 9 because the door and walls don't insulate noise properly so I was constantly woken up by people in adjoining rooms locking and unlocking their door. It felt like there was no sound barrier between my and adjoining room which unfortunately was not optimal for a good night rest. Otherwise everything else was phenomenal.

Good for solo travelers who like privacy, you have your own room and bathroom. Your room is in a building next door so you don't have to use stairs or an elevator, or go through reception every time you enter or leave. Great location, just a few meters from metro and train stations, close to the main points of the city, lots of food options.

The acoustics are not good, which could be bad for light sleepers. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway and through the window. They could have a hair dryer available.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. It’s very convenient that they give you all the keys so you don’t have to ring upstairs every time you want to enter The location is excellent: 2 metro stations, several tourist attractions, some shops and restaurants, and even the market are really close. And even though it’s a budget room, there was a small fridge! It’s a huge bonus if your budget is tight, you’ll be able to buy some food and save some money on restaurants

It was cold at night but there was a really warm blankets and an electric heater so I managed to keep the room warm. I was aware that the room is really small and the window could be absent or useless so the room would be dark without electric light, but it didn’t bother me as much. But if you’re uncomfortable without a proper window and a natural light, it’s not your option.
