The Location was perfect, close to many must visit landmarks and restaurants in Madrid and it was a quiet neighborhood. The room was super clean and comfortable, came with everything I needed. And the staff was super helpful and friendly!

Sadly the rooms werent soundproof as advertised, every night I heard people arrive in their rooms and be loud. Even the cleaning personel in the morning, despite them trying to be quiet. I was woken up by others almost every night. Also my friends got a different room and mine was A LOT better, its a bit of a gamble which one you get.

Location was great and it had air conditioning also nice touch to have it cleaned and fresh towels on the third day

We struggled to get in you have to download an app and access through that but found it a bit exasperating when we arrived at 11.45pm and struggled to access the door not sure what you were would do if you had no internet and personally I would have liked a kettle in the room so I could have had a coffee in the morning without having to get dressed and go out

Location! I worried a little of this choice after reading some comments here, but actually I was surprised when we came in. Yes, it's a tiny room (you can see a size of it while booking) but it's lovely and at the heart of Madrid. It was clean You have so many places to reach and explore just by 5-10min of walking. We had a wheelchair accessible room and it was perfect for us, considering our travel with a wheelchair.

For Wheelchair accessible room would be great to have a wider table so the person can roll in under it. The one that was in the room was too narrow. Water in the sink wasn't draining well, so although room was clean this have left with a little dirty feeling.

Property in an excellent location. It was very clean and was kept clean me staff throughout our short stay.

If there is loud people in the room next door or in the hall you can hear them fairly easily, however the room itself is on a quiet street for how central it is so this is worth the stay. The shower takes a long time to heat up. No fridge.

It’s close location to the Plaza Major and the room was very comfortable and clean.

The ability to get into the building. You have to use an app and it wasn’t working and the codes weren’t working. The customer service was quick and good but it was a bit stressful. Also, the office is not onsite so for them to keep your luggage either before or after checkin/checkout, you have to lug it several blocks.

The location was right in the heart of the city which made it very convenient to walk everywhere. The room we were given in particular was quite small and had to squeeze into the shower. But apart from that, we enjoyed our stay!

It was a tight squeeze to get into the shower. The entrance was a little difficult to find at first but the communication on Whatsapp was helpful anyway.

Excellent place and cordial staff to receive guests. Extremely organized making a great experience. Chapeau!

The lamp in the room is too big and low.

Nice decor, comfy bed, and spacious bathroom. Good facilities to leave luggage.

There was an extremely strong smell of bleach when we checked in. I think it was mainly at the entrance of the building and not in the room but we could still smell it to the point that it felt toxic and uncomfortable.

The location of the property was perfect. We had everything on our doorstep. More or less everything was walkable. I was a bit worried about checking in late with no reception, but the app was very easy to use and worked perfectly.

Although we were had the room for 3 nights (2 nights as our flight was delayed by a day), someone had come in to make the beds, but for some funny reasons, no additional loo rolls were given to us. The veneer on the wash stand was lifting, which isn’t see nice as the room and bathroom was nicely decorated.

The apartments are in the perfect location - very close to attractions, shops and public transport! The staff were extremely helpful and provided luggage storage around our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The bathroom could use some maintenance - we experienced some drainage issues in the sink. The rooms are quite tight with two suitcases opened out.
