Perfect location. Few minutes to the beautiful beach. Food was ok, staff very friendly and helpful. Good place to stay with kids. Nice and spacious rooms. Good value for money.

Pool could use a little lift up. And room cleaning could be better. They could at least use vacuum cleaners for rooms, because the floors were dirty. You can't clean it only with the broom. Had to pay for beach towels, so bring your own.

Location, staff, comfort, view and cleanness are advantages. In the room is almost everything you need (I was missing only dish soap). We really liked bingo night, could be more than once a week and more than two games. It was fun! We didnt eat there so cant rate food. Also didnt use pool and anything except our room once one bingo game.

This is not HSM fault, but the area is quite noisy. We had room on the other side from the bar that in many reviews is mentioned as loud. We had small view on the sea and main street right in front. But if you dont have problems with sleeping or have earplugs then its fine. There could be dish soap, we had to use hand soap but didnt cook. If someone would cook then that soap may be not enough. There were mosquitos but not many, and again, it is not HSM fault.

This is a good location considering the price and size of the apartment, as well as the distance to the sea. The beach there is sandy, with a small depth and many hundreds of meters. Ideal if you are especially going on holiday with children. There are a lot of restaurants around, and there is also a hypermarket nearby where you can buy groceries and cook yourself, since the apartment has an induction cooker and the necessary utensils for cooking.

It's not that I don't like it. I knew it before booking this hotel. The hotel is divided into 2 hotels with different territories, each territory has its own small pool. If someone is used to pools like in Turkey or Egypt, they may be disappointed. But I repeat - this was not news to me, I myself do not consider it a disadvantage, since I understood that this would be so, since everything is visible in the photos of the hotel. You just need to take this into account. Well, there is a warm sea nearby - I did not really need this pool.

This was great value for money. The apartment was adequate for our use. The food was very good for the breakfast and dinner. Clean hotel. Great kids entertainment with very friendly staff. Bar drinks reasonably priced. Good location close to the beach and restaurants. Don't expect a high end hotel with sea views but it was perfect for a budget friendly holiday.

The location is good Staff were friendly Room was good with two balconies Good value for money. Close to the beach and town for shops and restaurants It is not the most impressive hotel but we got used to it and enjoyed our stay here with two kids 4 and 1 years old. We booked late this year and were happy not to pay over the odds for a place to stay.

The room decor is basic but clean The pools were OK nothing too exciting Close to a busy road so can be a bit noisy at times. The beach in this area needs a promenade to enjoy it fully. No major complaints about the hotel everything was satisfactory

Great location, 5 minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants are all nearby, the Albufera nature reserve, where you can have a great time hiking or cycling. Tasty food, not very diverse, but absolutely enough to have a good breakfast and dinner, there is always meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, eggs, desserts. Incredibly sincerely friendly staff. We got more than we expected and that's great. Many thanks to all the staff. If you rent a bicycle or come with your own, here you will be offered a spacious garage with all the tools.

The location is great. Walking distance from the beach. I like that they had a laundry facility and good central AC in the apartment. Daughter really liked the pool. It's not a massive resort. Staff are nice and helpful. 24h reception.

My pet peeve was the door of the fridge opening the opposite direction. Between the wall and the table it was hard to reach the fridge. Also I couldn't take a shower without flooding the bathroom. We were in building 2. The music of the establishment next door goes on till midnight. Not the hotel's fault though.

Great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Overall this is a quiet area, but the hotel is located in the relative "busy" part. We liked liked animation (every evening), swimming pool, bar. Very friendly staff, also in the restaurant! The room vere clean and comfy

Even though the food in the restaurant was good, it was mostly the same every day and quite basic. But we expected that as we read teh reviews upfront. We stayed during peak season and the resturant was always packed. Would be great to extend it's space if possible

There are 2 buildings of the hotel with 2 pools areas that the guests can use which is an advantage from my perspective. Rooms are very spacious with a big balcony. There is a full kitchen aid available. The hotel is next to the shops, restaurants and 5 minutes from the beautiful beach. The food served was good. Variety of meat and vegetarian options. However the dishes were not delicious - this experience you will have outside the hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. The hotel requires refurbishment. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. I don't recommend this for sleeping purposes. The big minus is that you need to pay for renting the pool towels as well as for the safe usage. The hotel doesn't offer drinking water for guests. For me this is not an European standard.

Staff is pretty much what carry the entire hotel itself. I would give the staff and the way they treat kids and how they deal with problems 15/10. That also includes the chef and kitchen staff, because food was excelent.

Rooms in building 2 are pretty much due for renovation. Scratched floors, cabinets, old couch bed which was broken and squeaky. The room for 4 is not really suited for 4 people but rather 3. If you are family of 4+ I would rather look for Airbnb, but then you would miss the excellent staff.
