Helpful friendly staff, lovely room, comfy beds, rooftop pool was gorgeous at rooftop bar cocktails were lovely. Great location, could walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

The staff above all else, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided us a lot of guidance and recommendations to maximise our experience in Mallorca. I would come back here just to chat with the reception and bar staff again! The rooms are clean, well presented and modern. The pool area was great and the food available at the bar was delicious!

The air conditioning wasn’t quite strong enough and I found the room to be a bit warm which affected my sleep somewhat. The location is okay, you’re a bit outside the main tourist section where the restaurants and bars are located but on the other hand you’re very close to public transport terminals. I also found the sound proofing of the rooms to be insufficient as we could hear other guests in their rooms if they spoke loud enough as well as most noises in the corridor.

Nice rooftop area, small pool but lucky to have one at all in Palma and ideal for cooling off in the heat. We stayed in August and always got a sunbed, nice pool towels provided also. Complimentary minibar much appreciated! Discounted parking in the car park across the road is great, 24 hours for €15 instead of €26. Amazing cafe/bakery right across from the hotel called Rosevelvet Eatery - we had breakfast here twice.

Location was fine with 20 minute walk into any restaurants/cafes we had been recommended but expected the hotel to be a bit more central given its name.

Great hotel, staff were excellent.

The fried breakfast was cold, its buffet style but laid out under lights to keep it warm but it doesn't work. A better method is required to keep the food hot.

The staff here were welcoming and helpful and we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. It was our first visit to Palma and it became apparent that the hotel was in a good location, being a short walk from local bars and restaurants in one direction (over the main road towards the station) and a longer walk down through the old town and central area to the harbour, via coffee/beer/tapas stops in small squares. We had only a coffee machine in our room, but were provided with a kettle on request for our tea! We were delighted with our complementary mini bar with cold drinks (and a place to store milk). Our room was kept very clean every day. The spa area was small and felt full with four, but was lovely for a (booked) session of relaxation after sight seeing.

The outside swimming pool was smaller than I expected and suitable for a "refreshing dip" rather than a swim. However, it was a pleasant and relaxing area up on the roof and the staff in the bar there were friendly and helpful.

Not a very nice street but it was quiet and a short walk to the centre. Beds were extremely comfortable and the black out blinds were great. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Liked the toiletries and the diet cokes out the free mini-bar. Mineral water would have been a nice addition. The roof top and the loungers were great and nice to cool off in the "pool".

Breakfast was very expensive if you only want an orange juice, coffee and croissants. The beans and omlette were cold and very unpleasant. Was disappointed that you had to pay to use the indoor swimming pool/spa and it would have been nice if there was an evening restaurant. Quite surprised that the roof top bar (not really a restaurant) had limited opening hours.

Decent location. Very good reception staff. Lovely rooftop bar and pool area. Managed to get loungers most times we used it despite being a busy time.

Studio room clean but quite basic furnishings. No kettle or coffee machine provided- had to pay extra for that. Fortunately we decided to sample breakfast elsewhere every day as tried the hotel breakfast on our last day for ease and it was very poor quality- not much choice and hot food was lukewarm. Much cheaper and better value options with lovely vistas outside the hotel so I wouldn’t bother again.

What we liked: • The place was super clean, which made us feel really comfortable. • The staff were super friendly and spoke good English, so everything was easy to sort out. • The water wasn’t salty, which was a nice bonus compared to other places. • The pool area was great—perfect for chilling out. • The room had plenty of space, so we never felt cramped. • The air conditioning was spot on and kept the room cool. • The bed was really comfy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. • The staff gave us some great tips on what to visit and where to eat, which really helped us explore the area. • It’s super close to the A1 bus from the airport, which made getting there and back really simple

What we didn’t like: • The bathroom was quite humid, which made it uncomfortable at times. • Our room (506) had a cleaning supply closet nearby, and the cleaning staff started making a lot of noise from 8:30 AM, which was disruptive. • There was no hair conditioner provided, which was a bit disappointing. • Our room didn’t have a balcony, so we missed that outdoor space. • There was only one place to hang a towel, which wasn’t very convenient.
