very clean,. continental breakfasts very good, very helpful and pleasant staff

i think somewhere along the line we where misled about cooking facilities in this room, we certainly would not have booked this room knowing it had no mirowave or hot plate as we travel on self catering basis, we arrived about midnight and could do nothing until the following morning, when we asked for a room change but where refused a room change, i also did not like the first nights stay being taken from my credit card as soon as the hotel had my card details in their possesion, if you look on azulines 57 pictures supplied on one picture it showed up in faint black print that the room had a microwave etc.

this is a very good value hotel. Location is not so bad but there is a walk to the beach and restaurants but you will pay much more for the privalege if you want to be down there and besides, this hotel was nice and qiuet.

TV area could have been better and needs a gym thats equipped with more stuff and by the way, the cable pulleys were off the rollers but seems nobody had checked. Dont put junk in a gym, get better equipment tat is most popular

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were cleaned every day.

The corridors created a loud echo and you could hear people walking and talking at all hours.

Great experience overall. Amazing location, room is big enough for 2 friends with lots of baggage, breakfast buffet - bits on it change every day so that was a great surprise (ive been to places where they serve the same thing every day, and after 3 days of the same thing, i felt like i never wanted to see sunny-side eggs ever again). Check in/Check out smooth and great air conditioning everywhere. We didnt use pool that much, but from what we saw it looked decent and there were also an area to play pool/ping pong etc. Great addition :)

There was no fridge in the room. I understand that some hotels dont have minibars and thats fine, but it would have been nice to have a fridge where we could store our water bottles so they stay cold.

The room was basic but comfortable, we had a good shower and a balcony. It was clean and tidy. The staff were lovely, we always felt welcome at breakfast, which was also really nice with a great selection of foods. The hotel is in the perfect location to explore the town, but is set back off the main strip so is in a quiet location and there are easy bus links to other nearby beaches.

There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room, or a fridge. There is also poor noise insulation in the rooms so you can hear everything when people are walking past - this was more of an issue for us as our room was one of the first along the corridor. However, overall this didn't significantly detract from our stay and we had a wonderful holiday and would happily stay here again.

This hotel had such a lovely vibe. All the staff were extremely pleasant and the bar next to the pool was perfect. Everything was lovely and clean in the hotel and the pool was absolutely perfect. The walk to the beach is about a 5 minute slow stroll and the beach has restaurants all along the front. I would definitely go back to this hotel we both loved it.

The only fault I could give this hotel is how terrible the air conditioning was. It was like a fan blowing hot air around. The first time we complained they gave us a new remote which didn’t change anything then after that every time we told reception they said maintenance will have a look tomorrow, which never happened. We spoke to multiple people who also stayed at the hotel and they said they had the same problem. In fact we met a family at a restaurant and we told them about our air conditioning and the response given by reception and just by us saying that they realised we were staying at the same hotel.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Able to view the sea from balcony. Short distance from beach. Aircon worked very well.

Only allowed to eat from the hotel bar around the pool. No outside food and drinks were allowed round the pool. Breakfast was average not alot of choice. Pool was fairly small. Balcony overlooked a road and another hotel.

Nothing really it’s a little bit of a strange set up up You enter hotel on street level breakfast/pool & bar are on level 3

The hotel was very clean, the air con worked great, room was spacious, nice breakfast and less than 5 min walk to the beach

Even though we booked a double room we had a twin, the pool was rather small. It can be noisy at night when other guests returned as the doors aren’t soundproof

I liked everything, specially the breakfast! Big room equipped with A/C, nice balcony. Staffs friendly and helpful and great swimming pool area. Super close to the beach, restaurants, pubs…

We had a small issue with the hot water, but it was solved quickly. Communication via Booking doesn’t work very well. Some guests after party making noise that we could hear from our room.
