Perfect location, lovely sea view room, amazing staff. Especially the front desk young lady (Meritxell?), the breakfast waitresses and manager Alex. Loads of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Didn’t need a car. 42€ taxi ride from airport.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach. The pool was nice and peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing. Staff at the breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and modern and cleaned every day with fresh towels and toiletries. Overall we had a lovely stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We had booked a sea view room which we got bit it wasn't the room in the picture.. Our room was o n the second floor and I imagine the picture was taken from a room on the 5th floor!!!! Obviously the weather was extremely hot and we had brought an ice cold litre of water to the poolside. One member of staff in particular was very rude and told us on two occasions not to bring in any drinks from outside the hotel. It was his attitude that annoyed us. We looked around and other people had bottles of water but he didn't approach them. It is the first time that I have ever stayed in a hotel that you can't bring your own water to hydrate especially in soaring temperatures.ans the fact that we had paid nearly €1000 for our 4 night stay.

The best thing about this hotel is the fantastic location. Beach, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. Adult only hotel. Also, its our second visit and both times, the price has been exceptional value. The bus stop is practically outside with a great connection to the airport. The breakfast is enjoyable. The lobby area is comfortable and clean. The staff are polite and friendly.

Had a few small issues with our stay. No pool towels available for 24hours. No iron available for 2 days. We noticed a wasp nest on our balcony, first 2 members of staff we spoke to said they would sort it tomorrow. The third person we spoke to got it sorted immediately though. No service at the pool area- not offered one drink in our whole stay. The breakfast area is too small for the amount of guests- I found it too cramped. Also, the pool area is small for the size of the place- yet you've still got people being allowed to reserve sunbeds and go away for hours at a time. I think the staff should look at improving this. Few bits of plaster cracked, missing, could be tidied up a bit. Nothing that wrecked our holiday but a few things that could be easily improved upon.

The hotel is situated next to the beach, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a variety of shops all around. There are buses right outside that only take around 30 minutes to Palma. The hotel is really nice with a lovely Reception area and bar overlooking the sea. If you are staying in a group room, you will be in the Annex a few yards down the road. You can access this via the street or through the pool area, garden and via 2 lifts. Our room was spacious with tea & coffee facilities and a fridge. The balcony overlooked the street below, but the sound proofing was excellent and there was no noise during the night. The beds were very comfy and the room was clean, with daily housekeeping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast catered to every nationality and was plentiful and delicious, and the staff in the Breakfast room were very amenable and jolly. The pool was very cold, but we did visit in October so this was to be expected, and there were free towels available and sunloungers. Also, a roof top sun terrace if there was no room by the pool. Wi-fi is free. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel does advertise a sauna, hot tub/jacuzzi and fitness centre but the sauna was closed, the hot tub was apparently only warm in hot weather when the sun heats it up and the gym was very tired, with a lot of the equipment unusable. I'm presuming this was because we visited at the end of the season, but my children were disappointed, so perhaps these facilities could be classed as 'seasonal' in the blog. The only thing that I didn't like about the room was the height of the sink. I am only 5'2" but it was really high and hard to use. It looked as though the original one had been replaced at some point, but clearly by someone incredibly tall :D

Superb location very central for restaurants. Supermarket and the stadium bar across the road which had great tribute acts every night Perfect for ladies trip

The pool wasn’t a great size considering the size of the hotel . It would be great if there was a small plunge pool on the rooftop terrace The hottubs were cold and needed cleaned

The location is really nice, easily accessible from the airport or Palma by bus. Staff was really helpful and nice. The view from the balcony is really wonderful. Cleaning service did a good job every day. Great breakfast. They allowed us early check-in.

WLAN is really really bad, very slow and disconnecting. You have to pay for your own safe in your room. You can hear some sort of birds very loud but it was okay, you could hear them only in the bathroom from the ceiling. Maybe they are getting in or near the ventilation system. It doesn't bother your sleep, if you close the bathroom door.

The staff were absolutely amazing especially the lady in the restaurant, unfortunately I çant remember her name,but she was such a big assett to the hotel. She was there every day of our stay and the attention and respect she gave to each customer was absolutely excellent. She should be in the front reception greeting customers. She was small and blonde if that helps.

The sunbed situation was crazy. Not enough beds by the pool and sun loungers in the other areas needed drastic update. The solarium on the top could be made to have the wow factor if given an overhal.

Lovely hotel excellent location ..beach .shops restaurants etc all right beside hotel ..staff very friendly and helpful ...great buffet breakfast and dinner at hotel.. pool and jacuzzi and rooftop terrace are excellent....definitely will be back

Only one minor thing happened during stay when the waiter brought me a drink that I ordered I asked for another drink to be brought to my table at the outdoor bar area at the front of hotel in 15 to 20 mins time it never arrived and when 45 mins went by I went to pay for my cocktail of which I had 2 of the barman tried to charge me for 3 of them the 3rd drink never arrived I explained and to be fair he accepted this and I paid for the 2 cocktails the waiter was obviously under pressure at a busy time and forgot about my drink but not a real problem tbh all sorted easily

Great location beside shops, restaurants and the beach. Had a nice seaview from the balcony. Very friendly breakfast room staff and also the chambermaid on the 5th floor. Nice air conditioned lobby area. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very good breakfast. Clean hotel except for the elevators.

Occasional bad manner of reception staff. Strange garden area where we had to go to get beach towels. Elevator to this area very old and dirty. The glass and floor badly in need of cleaning. Main hotel elevator too small for the size of the hotel. A/c wasn't cool enough in the room. Was given an electric fan which helped. More shelving and hooks would be helpful in the bathroom. Did not like the hand soap dispenser which needed two hands to use.

I am writing on behalf of my parents who stayed here for 6 nights. I requested a quiet room and paid extra for the sea view room. They were on the 5th floor and got a room with a beautiful view. My parents are in their 70's so I was a little nervous as they hadn't been away since before Covid. They loved the balcony and were able to sit out and look at the sea. They couldn't speak more highly of the staff in your hotel. Thank you for being so nice to them. They enjoyed Breakfast/Dinner in this hotel and ate out most days for lunch. They will back sometime in the future again :)
