The Judaco apartments were very clean and well-maintained in a modern building with 12 units. Unlike many ageing blocks in the resort, we found our apartment to be modern and comfortable with an IKEA look. Everything worked and was in good condition. We appreciated the laminate flooring which was warmer than ceramic and also quieter but most of all the double bed (NOT two singles pushed together) and a full-size duvet ensured a great night’s sleep. There were air conditioning units in the bedroom and living area, but we didn’t need it. An excellent walk-in shower had good pressure and hot water at all hours. There was no additional charge for the large safe. We didn’t try the television though it appeared to have channels to satisfy different nationalities. A couple of small bread rolls that were delivered each morning were appreciated. We didn’t use the pool or the surrounding area, but it never appeared busy. The complex was quiet at night and in easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants. Communication with the manager was via WhatsApp and we had no issues on arrival or during our stay. We hope to stay again in the future.

A sofa bed in the living room increased the capacity to three, though it was quite unattractive (covered in a bed sheet) and spoilt the overall appearance of the space. Some seat pads for the chairs at the dining table would have been a welcome addition. The same applies to the terrace furniture.

We had a great stay. The apartment was nice and had really comfortable bed. The balcony was huge and had sunlight for whole day. It's close to the dunes and beach. The pool area was clean and had many sunbeds. There's very quiet at the nighttime.

Everything was as described. Few improvements would increase the comfort of the guests. The couch was'nt comfortable at all. It would be nice to have sunbeds in the balcony. We are not used to share one big blanket and would prefer two blankets instead. Also providing some smaller pillows would be a good improvement. There was'nt lot of kitchenware. Some things e.g. chopping board was wery warn. We bought a new one. We also bought some glasses.

Ramiro was an excellent Host. Hundi kept the Apartment Complex absolutely spotless. It was literally 3 minutes from the Promenade to the Beach. The area was really quiet & classy. Only 5 minutes to the Cita SC & a bus stop, which could take you to the Yumbo Centre, Parque Tropical or in the opposite direction Faro de Maspalomas, Puerto Rico or Puerto Mogan

Absolutely nothing. I couldn't fault a thing

The location is ideal for the beach, Cita and Yumbo shopping centre. The host regularly updated us regarding the access, giving clear instructions via text as the Reception was closed due to our late arrival. The apartment was clean and had everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area is lovely and very quite and the pool was clean. This was our second stay and we hope to return soon.

A lovely place in a great location. Easy to get any issues addressed and resolved by a very friendly and helpful staff contact. The pool and sun terrace is sheltered, peaceful and clean. The location is superb; Convenient for lots of places yet quiet.

Our main issue was storage for our clothes, etc. Even a few more hooks about the place would make a big difference

Great location, nice and quiet. Newly renovated and super clean room, the cleaning staff came every day to clean and tidy up the room, replace the towels and even left bread on the door handle every morning 😍 On the last day we forgot one key in the door lock and got stuck outside the room. Ramiro immediately came and helped us getting inside again. He was really understanding and responsive.

The pool area and balconies are a bit public and overlooked from the street. A pity there are no higher hedges to give a bit more privacy, but nothing major really. In the last days a group or family arrived and took over the sunbeds. 11 out of 12 had towels and personal stuff on them, but nobody was really there. Management could put a sign up to avoid sunbeds reservation

The room was basic but had everything we needed - clean, good shower and super comfortable bed. Daily bread deliveries were a nice touch and Ramiro was always on hand on Whatsapp if we needed anything. The pool area was quiet with only one other couple using it at the same time as us. Quiet location with lots of restaurants and bars located 5 minutes walk away.

There is not a lot of storage/hanging space for clothes and our balcony area (ground floor) felt quite dark - would have preferred a top floor apartment.

Very clean apartment. Very good bed and shower. Good and quiet pool area. I would easily recommend staying here when you are looking for a small scale apartment building in a more tranquile area of Playa del Ingles with quick access to the beach (by stairs)

Our second stay and equally as fabulous as the first one. This is such a nice, relaxing place to stay and excellently located for all that Playa del Ingles has to offer. Its location means you get the sun for the vast majority of the day, meaning you can come back from the beach or sightseeing, sit on your balcony and enjoy the peace and quiet while getting ready to go out. As always, Ramiro is super helpful in anything you need - he even remembered our kettle from last year :-) The cleaning ladies are very thorough and leave the rooms spotless. We'll be back again next year!!

Excellent location, fiendly host and lovely cleaner. The arrival every morning of 2 fresh bread rolls was and unexpected bonus.

The only thing missing in the apartment was an oven, but there was a microwave. The stairs up to the apartment were a bit of a problem, but only when we were carrying our cases.
