Service was impeccable, the view from the hotel was as amazing as appears in photos and even better. The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating to us upon arrival. I highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone interested.

We loved everything about our stay here, compliments to the management for creating such a lovely, friendly atmosphere. The staff were fantastic in every way- from check in and welcoming, to breakfast, to the spa, to the pool bistro, to room maids- all were great and friendly, proffesional and knowledgable and going out of their way to make sure the hotel guests are having the best time. There was not a single issue that we mentioned and it wasn’t addressed and solved straight away. Things that we loved the most: amazing selection of breakfast with amazing sea view on the restaurant terrace. The hotel is not too big- so it never felt too crowded or busy- e.g’ during breakfast and it was possible to get a sun-bed by the pool any time of the day (end of June), in other hotels sometimes the breakfast buffet or getting a sun-bed could feel like a battlefield, but here all was relaxed and civilised. The beach does not have sun-beds due to government restrictions, but staying at the Grupotel Molins you’re in the best position to park your things on a sunbed by the pool, cross the road and have a swim on the beach and then come back to the pool. We also loved the fresh fruit baskets available any time of the day at reception or by the pool! Such a great touch!

If we have to be picky then need to mention the night entertainment going to 11pm directly under all the room terraces so the noise was quite loud. Not very practical for people with young children or if you want to go to bed before 11pm!

The room was large. spacious, modern mediterranean style with lot's storage and a sitting room off the side, a large balcony/terraza with views of the gardens and down to the beach and cove with the mountains beyond. The hotel has a large pool, many terraces, a gym, spa and is decorated in marble throughout. Remarkably modern, the basic design is 50 years old with original features facelifted sympathetically. Entertainment takes place on the terraza for an hour or so after dinner for 4 or 5 nights a week and is fun.

The balconies/terrazas outside the rooms are separated but by a latticework so that there is some nominal privacy but not much! It would be more pleasant to have breakfast without having your neighbour watching you - concrete partitions should be considered.

The location couldn’t be better!

It was quite noisey at night time for families with young children trying to sleep. The nightly music was loud and ran from 9:30/10pm till late.

Fantastic location in Sant Vicent, all rooms are seaview looking over the beach with a sunrise each morning on your balcony. Breakfast leaves you wanting for nothing, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, every egg combination, beautiful omelettes made to order, fresh breads. And all to be eaten on a beautiful restaurant balcony. Pool area is large and has plenty of beds, staff come around to serve drinks and food, pool bar also is nice for lunch. In the evening there's very good (classy) entertainment, to which I would highly recommend for that last drink before bed. Regarding the staff, they are exceptionally attentive, always keen to help, stepping in to carry luggage where possible (Nuno!!).

Having to leave

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and cannot praise it enough. The rooms were pristine, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and freshly brewed coffee every morning. We had a breathtaking view from our room, making each morning a delight to wake up to. One of the standout features of Grupotel Molins, is the exceptional service provided by the entire team. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Whether it was the housekeeping team, who always ensured our room was spotless, or the restaurant staff, who delivered outstanding service during each meal, the level of care was second to none. Speaking of dining, the on-site restaurant was a culinary highlight! The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety, and dinner was an exquisite experience with a menu that catered to all tastes. The chef clearly takes pride in using fresh, local ingredients, and it shows in every dish. The location of the hotel is also perfect – close enough to all the key attractions yet far enough to provide a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. We loved the balance of relaxation and exploration we were able to achieve during our stay. In summary, Grupotel Molins exceeded all of our expectations. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service so effortlessly. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a first-class experience. The staff! They were so helpful for everything and did it with a smile on their face. From Jaume recommending restaurants and booking them for us to Nuno walking us to a great seaside restaurant behind the hotel. Strongly recommend it!

Definitely the taxi service, not going but trying to come back. It was very hard to get one coming back, albeit the app, that never seems to works; sometimes it tried to locate a taxi for over 30 minutes never to find one and luckily we flagged one down or it would say “Invalid “To” Zone”. We simply tried to follow people to a taxi stand and just wait in line.

The breakfast selection was superb: great selection and quality. The only improvement would be for the man at the egg station being less grumpy and more friendly. He stands out against all the other staff who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully appointed and takes full advantage of it's incredible location. Loved all the old photos throughout the public areas. It shows the great history of the hotel.

The man at the egg station never smiled at guests and seemed unhappy to be there. It contracts completely from all the other staff.

The room was nice. I would totally recommend going for the half board. The dinners with these guys were 10/10. For me, it was one of the best buffets I went to. The location and the pool is also nice. We also liked the indoor pool, as it rained one day while we stayed there. The staff is really nice. The view from the hotel is amazing.

When we arrived, the room wasn't ready at check in time. It took them 30 more minutes to clean. I believe this was because the previous guest stayed longer, but this is just a wild guess. Although not their fault, one night we couldn't sleep because of the festivities in Cala Vincent that are organized in front of the hotel. Be aware this may also happen for you.
