Clean, good facilities overall, comfortable bed, which was made up in advance!! Good staff and generous towel supply. (Face and a bath towel). Privacy curtains- yeah! Hanger option inside your locker. I was in a girls only dorm, which was blissfully peaceful due to respectful co-occupants - not something you can guarantee - I was lucky. Super location in the heart of the old town.

Terrible coffee - I really couldn't drink it (from the cafe by reception) The shower room is very dark and poorly lit - the only ventilation appears to be opening the door, so lots of condensation. It is just big enough, but if you are a larger person you might struggle. The only bin in the room is inside the shower room & toilet... so you have to wait for that room to be empty before you can throw any rubbish away 😒

The location is AMAZING. Easy to get everywhere and just around the corner from major plazas/sites, restaurants. I like that I could be in a room with only 5 beds, although I did end up with fairly noisy roommates, but that isn't their fault. There's a good coffee shop right in the lobby, which for me is muy bueno! The staff were friendly enough, the bedding was comfortable and clean, love that they don't charge for extra things like locks and towels.

The showers were a bit rough. Two sort of useless hooks (not very deep, hard to actually hang anything on) and no mats for the floor so just slippery puddles. No shelves or anything which is tricky when you have to carry your room key. No hand dryers or towels near the sinks either. Limited shared spaces- tiny rooftop with fake turf- no furniture and a tiny kitchen/sitting area that is sort of connected to the coffee shop so even more limited as that gets busy. Having said that, I did manage to find enough quiet to sit and work most days.

I have stayed at the dozen hostels around the world.This was on the top of the list of best stays/ experiences ever! The hostel room00 Valencia was in a prime location ( city center ) close to all the major attractions.which is a big plus.The bed was super comfy , clean and I slept like a baby! The facilities are cleaned on a daily basis, rooms are specious and air con with lots of daily light coming from the windows with a beautiful view of Valencia old town, large lockers for the bigger backpacks , free WiFi through the entire hostel, FREE large towels, nice clean kitchen & super cute with everything you need ( all utensils and so much more.. ) Soon as you enter the room 00 Valencia hostel there is also a coffee shop inside for all coffee lovers out there! How cool is that... 😎 Now about the stuff a few words... The exceptional care for their guests at this hostel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how my stay was going every time I walked in the door.This hostel felt like a natural home away from home especially thanks to PATRI and LIDIA! Lidia is an incredible leader and role model for her entire team. I have simply no words to express my gratitude for this woman and everything she did for me during the deadliest flood that happened in Valencia region during my stay...but thanks to her positive attitude, I felt super safe and secure. I knew I couldn't be at the better place during this difficult time for everyone. This woman was there from morning until the late night super helpful and always available making sure all guest are happy and they got everything they need. I wouldn't be treated better at any 5 star hotel for sure. Lidia thank you again and your entire team at the room00 Valencia hostel for exceptional hospitality. I can't wait to come back! Love you guys!!! 💗

I think the location of this hostel is excellent. It is in the city center, there are good and taste restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries and so on. In my opinion, the price matches this hostel. I definitely recommend this hostel to others people.

It was a big room, for 8 people. I definitely recommend everyone to lock their lockers. I know that someone rummaged in my room and looked into my personal things (cosmetics, clothes and so on) when I was not in the my room. But it was my fault for not locking it, it is just a warning to other customers. It was not the hostel´s fault, but it was my fault for not using the lock. I was very trusted the people in my room.

The location is great, a very short walk to the city centre and popular areas. Breakfast is not included yet during my stay but will be soon as I heard from the staff. The hostel is apparently newly renovated and rebranded so everything is brand new as of May 2024. When I stayed it was only opened for 4 days so everything was clean. The WiFi is fast and the showers are clean and very modern. They have a full kitchen and are setting up a bar soon as well.

It would be nice if the beds have a shelf or ledge to place your phone or charger. Also would be nice to have a towel rack or some sort of rack in the bedrooms themselves. I'm not sure if the room has A/C or not but it was a bit stuffy with the window opened as it was hot and humid during my two night stay.

I loved the place, the bedding was very comfy and the mattress was very good quality. The staff is amazing and very helpful, I’d say extremenly helpful. I left my luggage for a few hours after checking out. I had a female space so the bathroom was inside the room and it was impeccably clean and the room was spacious enough. The hostel is in a historic area and I arrived late and had to walk a bit but felt very safe. They provide locks for free which is amazing ans I don’t have my own. In general this chain of hostels is very good and I can be sure the quality of everything is great wherever I stay at their hostel. Absolutely recommend!

The only thing is that I saw the common sitting area on ground floor was a bit smallish, I found it to be not as spacious as the same hostel in Lisbon where they have the whole building to themselves. It then again, it’s a different country so it’s normal. I’d like to see more cool armchairs and sofas)

Overall, clean hostel in great shape. Reception told me it was opened 2 months ago. I stayed in a 6 people dorm. The AC was not working but reception was able to find a solution. I was able to see also the 4 people dorm. Between the 4 and 6 people dorm I would go with the 6 people dorm, as it is more spacious and u have a private bathroom. The 4 people room has shared toilets and bathrooms with everyone on the floor. There are several showers and toilets though. Rooftop available, where u are able to hang clothes. Breakfast for 5€ available. Kitchen with a microwave available. Utensils and microwave usable for all visitors. The location is awesome. Directly in the city center with many bars, restaurants and a club to dance. Tram to the beach is in walking distance (would recommend the tram over the bus due to traffic). There is a Carrefour directly behind the hostel to buy whatever u need.
