Property is in a great location, walking distance to the heart of Valencia & also close to Xativa Metro station where you can catch the train to the airport & the beach. The hotel is not the fanciest place but it was very clean & the breakfast offering which was included in the room rate was really good.

Walls are very thin so you can hear people chatting & coughing etc very clearly from the next room.

The hotel is centrally located, with shops, cafes and bars nearby, and it's within a five-minute walk to the old town. Breakfast was adequate, though limited offering for hot food. Overall, a very clean hotel, and some of the reception staff were friendly and helpful in offering directions to the main sites and restaurants.

The only downside was the twin room overlooking a rather depressing dark inner courtyard. When we asked for a room at the front of the hotel, we were informed by hotel receptionist that all rooms were booked out and only double or family rooms had a city view! It meant that the room was very dark with no natural light during the daytime. While the beds were very comfortable, it's just as well that extra blankets were provided since the twin room was on the chilly side (no wonder as it gets no light due to a chilly inner courtyard!)

We enjoy our stay, great hotel. Room is perfect dor a couple. Very clean, smells good, we breakfast was very complete with good coffee orange juice and a varierty of bread, fruits, yogurt.

Lovely room quite compact but ideal for me a solo travel. The staff in particular Martina, so welcoming, advised for local places to eat and supplied a map with instructions on how to find various locations I needed to get to. A credit to the hotel. Had breakfast once great selection and staff working very hard with a full room, very friendly.

The walls were quite thin, once could clearly hear toilet being used then being flushed. Television from. another room, late in the evening whilst in bed. Minor annoyance I was so tired after walking all day didn’t stop me from sleeping!

The location is 5 minutes walk from the Xtravia Metro station - 20 mins from the airport. The old town sights and restaurants are an easy walk away from the hotel and there are plenty of bakeries near by if you don't want to spend €10 per person on the Hotel buffet (which looked very good). Our room was very quiet with an excellent shower, WiFi, Kettle and Fridge. The aircon is helpful when really hot. Opposite the Hotel is a supermarket and two minutes away is a Granier bakery.

A bit more help from reception on arrival to explain the sights, provide a map etc. would be nice.

Had a perfect stay, I wish I stayed longer. The location is very central, 6 min walk from the Valencia North station and 7 min walk to the tourist attractions in the pedestrian central area. Receptionist was very friendly. My room got upgraded from single to double which is very nice. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, fast WiFi, decent temperature, and spacious room. Nice selection of breakfast too. But overall a very good deal and will definitely stay here again! Thanks a lot for making my stay very enjoyable.

The only thing they could improve is noise insulation, I can hear people walking in the hallway and people chatting on the street.

Stayed in a single room for 3 nights. Had asked for a quiet room and was given one at the back of the building with an inside view from the window. The room was small but clean and comfortable with a small bathroom and shower. There was a desk and chair, open closet, fridge, small safe, kettle, charging points near the bed. Airconditioning worked well with both hot and rainy weather. The hotel is centrally located on a busy street close to the old city area which is about 10 minutes walking. The airport metro is about 10 minutes walking and the Joaquin Sorolla train station about 20 minutes walking. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel but it is not useful because the main buses to the tourist attractions and beach stop about 5-7 minutes walk away. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included and very good with hot food, baked products, good coffee, fruits and juices. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave me some good tips for sightseeing.

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is helpful, when we needed a hairdryer and new sheets we got them almost instantly.

Would be nice to have some more choices for breakfast, but that is since I personally like oatmeal and that is probably not typical in Spain :) Sound insulation can be better, we could hear the neighbors but luckily they were never loud so it was not an issue but I see how it might be an issue if you get the wrong neighbors.

Location, breakfast and reception staff wonderful! Room size exceeded expectations, pillows were good, windows could be opened for fresh air, a kettle was available! Breakfast menu for 3* hotel with amazing variety - 2 sorts of cheese, Spanish meat selection, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, avocado, yougurts, juices, coffee capsules, pastry, fruit etc. Direct metro lines to/from airport, good transport connections and a Valenbisi bicycle station across the street. Walkable distance to almost everywhere! Central Market 5min! Hotel sells Suma transport cards.

They use air refreshener in staircase (common area), sometimes it’s too strong.
