Everything about the hotel was great. Location was perfect; staff were super helpful and friendly; the room was a good size with huge & very comfortable bed, Nespresso machine (kettle available on request), reasonably priced mini bar with complimentary water, great shower & good quality towels. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking a very busy street but the windows make it almost soundproof so absolutely no problems there. We booked on a room only basis but had breakfast there every morning and, again, couldn't fault it. The food was always fresh, plentiful and the lady who worked in the breakfast room always had a smile on her face. I'm assuming that the only reason this hotel isn't officially graded higher is because they don't have their own bar but there are many to choose from as soon as you walk outside. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Excellent location in the pedestrian historic city center buzzing with life but very close to public transport and car park. Our individual rooms were very small but built and furnished to satisfy every need, and filled with all sorts of little comforts. The pillows almost made me a thief! The staff and particularly Pilar at the reception desk with her welcoming smile and patience made us feel at home.

The breakfasts we felt have room for improvement. Not the sort of wedding buffet so many hotels produce which is good to avoid waste, but with reduced choice all the products should be great and some were average.

The hotel is downtown, 2 minutes to the subway. The street is a pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants, bars. The hotel is clean, modern, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel was environmentally conscious, I really liked the fact that we got a jug that we could fill with water at the restaurant. The coffee machine also meant a lot to me, and the capsules were replaced every day. Breakfast was only used by my son, but he was satisfied with it.

Hotel is in a great location. Easily accessible to everything by foot. The rooms were comfortable and very functional...non slip mats for the bathtub was really appreciated...a very thoughtful addition. There was a communication issue and my second room booking for a friend was cancelled just before our trip...but Lidia was super helpful and managed to provide another room. She and the front desk team were really friendly and helpful. They also helped with restaurant recommendations and making reservations. The hotel is also very well organized...esp the baggage storage facilities. Was very impressed.

Nothing honestly. The bathrooms are a bit old and probably need a revamp soon. But clean and functional...so no complaints.

Excellent location: one block away from Xativa Metro line 3 or 5 directly to and from the airport, Xativa Metro with elevators for heavy luggage (train stations is also nearby), restaurants, shops, supermarket and tourist attractions close by; helpful and efficient staff both in the reception, breakfast area and housekeeping; spacious double room, clean, comfortable bed and pillows Very good breakfast until 1100H daily.

Since the hotel is located in a pedestrian area with restaurant tables on the street, can be a bit noisy during the evening until dinner time although not a problem since one gets used to it after a night.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Lidia and Matija were really helpful on our first day with our enquiries and restaurant recommendation requests. The rooms were really comfortable and kept so clean and we found the air conditioning fantastic. The hotel seems to be very Eco aware. The hotel is so central, near to all the main sights and great restaurants and coffee shops but amazingly the room was really quiet when sleeping. We had a fantastic stay and thanks again to the fabulous staff!

The hotel has a fantastic location. Given all the devastation in the Valencia region I wasn’t sure if I should have gone ahead with my trip but the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Had a really nice and comfortable room. The staff even arranged a packed breakfast on the morning I left as I was leaving the hotel before the breakfast buffet was open

I have nothing to complain about. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fine but not exceptional. I would certain recommend this hotel to anyone having a few days in the city

The location was excellent and so central. It was so close to some of the main places to visit and many places to eat and drink. We hadn’t opted for the breakfast so can’t comment on these facilities. I am sure the breakfast would have been lovely but there were many other options right outside the door too. The room was large and very comfortable.

The only minor issue was that the window looked out onto a wall and we had originally thought the room had a balcony, but these were very minor issues.

Great location - you could walk to all of the main attractions and it's right next to the metro station to/from the airport. Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms with balcony (with Nespresso machine for decent coffee in the morning!)

Pillows on bed could have been comfier, street below a little noisy (expected given location, we both use earplugs to sleep so wasn't a problem), breakfast was OK but not amazing. A chair or two on the balcony would have been useful! These are minor gripes and overall we loved it.
