The price-quality ratio is excellent.Perhaps somewhere the repair in the room is not the best.Perhaps the lock of the front door is a little not new.But it's all trifles. All electrical appliances in the room work. There are all crockery. Air conditioning works perfectly. The location of the room is in the centre, but the noise does not interfere with sleep.The bed is of very high quality. From the metro you can quickly get to any place in Valencia. The room deserves the highest rating. The higher class rooms are better, but the price is also different. Valencia is beautiful! I would recommend Zecra to anyone who is not too demanding and understands that perfect will cost differently. And this is where most people will be very satisfied. Thanks Zecra.

In the fridge, the door rubber has come off a bit.

1. It was originally planned that the key would be picked up in a box and the code sent to us. But as we don’t do WhatsApp we were lucky to meet the host at the apartment foyer and she let us in & took us up to the apartment where the staff were still cleaning. We left our luggage and they gave us the keys. We don’t like not being met by the host & try not to do it. 2. This host does not answer phone calls and advised us to use WhatsApp, which we don’t use. It is imperative that all hosts answer their phones to their guests. We could not get in touch with the host by phone or text or email—this is dangerous in an emergency Booking.com needs better methods to ensure the hosts are always available. The guests next door also complained about this.

A great locality right in the city centre! Right next to it there is Mercat Central, one of the city's beautiful squares (especially at night), few minutes walk from the cathedral, lots of restaurants etc... In the buildings there are elevators so no need to worry about that as well.

Only little „discomfort“ was that the AC unit is located in the room which serves as a living room (TV and sofa) and kitchen at the same time – and because the bedroom was in different room as a result the bedroom could get a little warm even though the AC was on :D

In the middle of the towncenter. Perfect location. The apartment consisted of a bedroom, bathroom with washingmachine and a living room with a small open kitchen in it. Way better ten the 1-bedroom apartments I have had before. Havent used it, cause you are in the towncenter. The room was very quiet, no trouble sleeping at all. Nice breakfast around the corner: Dulce de Leche. Very popular, so in the morning be sure to arrive on time. But he, there are sooo many other options.

We had difficulty with finding the locker with the key. Our fault, because when you read the instructions carefully and act like it carefully, then it is obvious. But is easy to make a mistake. " enter the gate with a code and then find the correct key-locker on the left wall. " But about 1 m behind the gate is the front door and behind it you see al kinds op (postal) boxes? So intuitively you enter the building, but locker you need is OUTSIDE the front door and inside the gate, on your left!

The location was perfect. Just 5 minute walking distance to the city center. The apartment was suitable and comfy for 4 people. Bed linens and towels were clean.

First of all if you will arrive early they are both provided early check in. Check in time was at 16:00, which is very late and you must check out at 11:00. There is no chance to leave your luggage and backpacks. Consider it if you are travelling with large size suitcases. Second in the first day of our stay we saw a very big cockroach in front of the door. The floor was not so clean. Bathroom was ok but while showering the water was leaking out from shower to the bathroom floor.

Located in the old city close to Plaza Ayuntamiento, Very spacious, clean, basic room with plenty of room in the bedroom for suitcases. Kitchen was well-equipped with a washing machine. Access was via a door code on the street, with a lock box in the building for the keys. All communication was via text message or email, but all were very promptly answered.

Would suggest a larger and more sturdy drying rack for drying clothes. As this apartment is on the 2nd floor and in the old part of the city with narrow streets, there is not a lot of natural light. There was some outside noise but it did not disturb our sleep.

The location is superb, the flat is quite big, the bed comfy, towels, spare sheets etc. The apartment was clean and easy to access, we asked for a hairdryer and it was waiting for us!

The kitchen was pretty pointless, there were chopping boards, no oil, salt, or washing machine tabs - it makes no sense for us to buy these for a 3-night stay. Also due to location it does get loud from the street, the side-slide windows block almost no sound, same with the walls - you can hear all neighbours using their room doors or their movement behind the wall.

First: I got an 50m2 apt in 2nd floor #10. You may get a different one. The first thing is their customer service. They reply to you via Booking messenger in just minutes. Great service. Never seen it before, even on big hotel chains. Location is everything about this apartment. It's quiet at night, but you are only half block away from the main avenue where the fun is. Also, very near from key sites places like the marketplace, the City Hall, and all places are at a walking distance. Also, the place was clean and tidy from the first moment. All equipped.

There is only one AC unit and it's located in the living room, but there is no AC in the main room. So it's going to be very cold outside, but you won't feel it in your room unless you close the door that connects it to the outside (bathroom, kitchen and main door). Also, the entrance is not really amicable, but don't get fooled. Once you cross the first two doors, everything is nice, clean and friendly.

The apartment was big enough for 4 people, it had comfortable bed, warm water in the shower, kitchen equipped and the location was just perfect - right in the city center. Good contact with the owner. We’re really satisfied with our stay.

Details that could be improved - they could add a mirror in the living room, so that you wouldn’t have to occupy the bathroom one doing makeup. Also more toilet paper would be appreciated (not enough for 4 people).

Signage of street name not visible. luck of light. Need to improve shower floor and add shelves. A clean kettle done with vinager. Manuals for appliances. Grease /burn smell from restaurants. have to keep windows close. Didnt find a bottle of water for welcoming after long trip.
