The lady on reception. You are not paying her enough!! She is a star amongst stars and the ONLY reason you have a ten!!! The reception, the information and the apartment are amazing. The location, the space, the welcome, everything. We could not have wished for more in an apartment… except: READ BELOW…

The AC is terrible. Possibly even not working. Our apartment remained at 27 degrees inside all the time we were there but thankfully the bedroom was dark and quiet. If not, this apartment would have been a hell hole! So, GET THE AC FIXED IN 2C. If it hadn’t been for the wonderful lady I reception, we’d have given a SEVEN! By the way, we left you a Magnum in our freezer! 😂

It was handy to historical buildings and the cafe district. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some spoke good English.They supplied us with a kettle once we asked. Although there was a washing machine, they did not supply detergent. There was good security at the apartment. There is a lift which was handy with heavy suitcases.

We were not made aware that the fee for parking in a secure area was 15€ per day. It was a few minutes walk from the apartment. We found the chairs and leather couch quite uncomfortable to sit in. There was no frypan in the apartment, only a few saucepans. No oil is supplied for cooking, nor basics like salt and pepper. The washing machine had black mould inside. It should have been made clearer that the key was available at reception on arrival. We notified them of the time of arrival and that was not acknowledged. When we phoned, the person did not understand English.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and located in a great place to access local attractions. It certainly wasn't luxurious, but more importantly it was well looked after. Reception were exceedingly helpful. A kettle was supplied when requested and local advice was readily available. All in all - if I return to Zaragoza I wouldn't hesitate to book this accommodation!

Perfect location. Short walk to all the main sites. Hotel is on a quiet street. Rooms were clean, we used a washing machine that worked great. Kitchen is well equipped and has the cookware for at home cooking, if needed. We rented a car at the train station for day trips to visit the Goya birthplace museum and a civil war site in Belchite and used a public underground parking garage which is a short walk away.

No complaints, all was good and we would gladly return to this place.

The building is historical looking, and the paid hotel parking is very close. The lady in the reception is also quite friendly and tries to be helpful.

One of the building doesn't have elevator. So be sure to Check it if you are worried about steps. I think our room might be still new in the making. It's lacking a few essential items such as kettle or blanket. The wall is also a little chipped. But I believe it will eventually become a nice property for visitors if they keep working on the remodeling.

The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful showed us a map of everything and explained were we needed to go ,a real pleasure to deal with. The location was great very convenient to all top attractions. Lovely building outside

Although it was a very large apartment,it really needs an updating,could fo with a good painting and deep clean .

We booked our accommodation just a few days before the trip, but the apartment was wonderful. It is located just 10 minutes from the central cathedral. There are many cozy restaurants and different shops nearby. The apartment has one bedroom and a spacious terrace. We have easily got the keys at the reception.

It’s in a very convenient location for the centre of Zaragoza and it’s quite a night.

The shower head was not working properly and the kitchen area had very little, for example just 3 mugs and one was chipped. Also the apartment was too hot and we found regulating the heating difficult. When we finally worked out how to regulate the temperature, it failed to come on. But overall it was very good.

Even though it was very close to town, there was no noise. There was someone at reception from 2:30 until 10pm every day if you needed anything, so you didn't feel abandoned even though it was an apartment rental. Our apartment had a patio which was a lovely extra. Everything we needed was there. Couldn't have been a nicer stay. Thank you!

I liked the fact that is was very spacious. We had a big room and there was also a big living room and kitchen. Even a washing machine was available and that is really useful when you are away for a long time. The man at the reception was very helpful and gave us a lot of information. We were living in de old building and had a sun terrace where we had some breakfast. Also nice that the airco was working and that the city center is really close!

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that it is possible that the short term parking spot for your stuff could be occupied. The street is small and therefore you need to double park and quickly get your stuff out. The parking garage is a 10 minutes walk and is 11 euro for 24 hours
