Amazing four days on the beach. Two huge interconnecting rooms on the top floor with own balcony overlooking the beach and two modern bathrooms. The beds were comfy, the sheets luxe and lovely bathroom + pools towels. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were lovely, the breakfast delicious, the coffee was great, and dining on the beach by candlelight while eating authentic Italian pizza and sipping a wine was perfect. The beach was quiet, clean, expansive and we loved sitting in the beach chairs or swing reading books. The pool is also massive if you want a break from the idyllic beach with surf lessons, board hire and sparkling clean water. It's a 5 min Tuk Tuk to busy Hiri beach, a 5 min walk to swim with the turtles, and a 13 min beach walk to town and a grocery shop. Loved, loved, loved our stay!

The location is excellent. Step out-step in beach access. Situated on a particularly nice expanse of the beach as well. Rooms were well appointed with all the requisite amenities for the price. As a group of 5, we appreciated the management's complimentary upgrade of one of our rooms to make them both adjoining and sea-view. The staff, Dilan, Sanju and Co, were extremely friendly and accommodating. A real plus. The pizza was quite excellent and the cappuccinos were fantastic (worth an entire star). All in all a great stay. The was a little situation with water running out on the morning of our departure. We appreciated the rectifying of the issue as quickly as the logistics allowed.

The pool could use a little TLC :)

We booked the family room on the first floor and really liked it. The 2 rooms are connected and there is a nice bathroom in both and an amazing view. The property is new, there are very nice fittings and we loved the decor. We prefer a firm mattress and was the first place we stayed in Sri Lanka with a nice firm mattress where we actually had a good sleep. The garden is huge, well maintained and the pool is large and beautiful. The food and the service were just outstanding, we had great breakfasts and tried the pizza, panini, cheese and cold cut platter, the quality was honestly unexpected for Sri Lanka. The staff is also very kind and attentive. We will definitely come back! Thank you

Only some few rooms, hence not at all crowed in the pool and on the beach. A perfect place if one wants to avoid the masses over in other towns down south. Good sized room. Nice staff.

A bit too pricy compared to what one gets. Visited during X-mas/NY, likely the reason for being overpriced. Hotel restaurant way more costly than places close by, but easy enough to find plenty of restaurants close by.

Everything was perfect. Staff amazing and so lovely with our children. They totally made it. Amazing dinner with candles on beach. Such a lovely clean location. So close to walk to hiriketiya but so nice to be in a quiet spot. Great surfing wave and lessons for our children with no other people on the wave. Indya says it was wonderful and thank you to all the staff who played tennis and cricket on the beach with her.

Very high quality Hotel/room, we booked a deluxe room overlooking the garden wished we booked the room overlooking the sea. The stock for excellent, went out of their way to make my partners birthday very special . Moved the table onto the beach for breakfast and decorated the table with birthday wishes . Owner Daria personally came to say hello to us on the evening we arrived, she wasn’t there when we first arrived earlier that day.

We had such a lovely stay in this hotel! We booked a family room that was perfect for our needs. There are 2 communicating rooms, both with a nice bathroom, plus a nice balcony and ocean view. The rooms are very cozy and clean, everything you might need is there (ac, fan, scale, safe, iron with board, hairdryer, minibar, kettle, nice free tea and coffee selection). The location is also great with direct beach access and the food was amazing! Thank you all for making our stay memorable, hope to come back soon.

Small, intimate hotel with beachfront setting. Modern comfortable rooms. Staff really friendly and welcoming. They keep beach clean. Gardens are well-maintained. Sun loungers on beach under shade from trees. Outdoor pool is pleasant as sea was very rough. Breakfast very nice. We wanted to stay another night but it was full so we went to sister hotel nearby and they took our luggage over for us. Highly recommended.

Some dogs on beach which may not be comfortable for some guests.

Cozy and clean room with fan and AC working perfectly, nice amenities, delicious tea in the room and everything you may need! We were quite surprised by the level of cleanliness. We loved the breakfast, pizza and panini, the swimming pool and the quiet beach. Also the rooms are quiet, no road noises or loud music, perfect for a relaxing vacation. We regret not booking for longer and if there was availability we would definitely extend our stay.

What's not to like? Beautiful beach, perfectly swimmable and big Fun with body boards. Great Family room, big pool, authentic (if pricey) pizza on the Beach. And all that without anyone in sight... There's three hotels on the entre Beach, so even in high season it'll be a steal.

The stairs to the Family room get very slippery when wet. Took a nasty fall
