The staff here are exceptional—welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. The manager was especially accommodating, kindly upgrading us to a sea-view room when we realized the partial sea-view description didn’t match our expectations. Since a sea-view room was available, he graciously made the change. He also arranged a tuk-tuk for us, making our stay even more convenient. Every member of the team was kind and attentive, ensuring a fantastic experience. Location good very close to major tourist attractions

Breakfast was slow as ther was only one person to serve

The location is scenic, quiet, and full of the Southern Province vibe. The stuff is exceptionally friendly and always helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers and were always there. A good example for other neighboring resorts on how it should be.

The air conditioner external block hangs directly outside the balcony door, so the sound propagates into the room to some extent.

The location is wonderful. Very quiet and very private. The property is on the seashore and you hear the crashing of the waves as a constant background. The sea view rooms have an unbroken view of the Indian ocean where at night you can see a beeline of ships. The property is kept very clean. The staff especially Mr Pradeep Kumara the owner is very attentive and caring. The food they serve is generous and tasty.

I faced no major hiccups except the hot water in taps is very unpredictable.

I simply like the property, it’s a sea facing. Our bedroom gives a huge view of sea from the balcony. Room was clean, the property is near to the main market, restaurants, cafes. The best part was the infinity pool at the terrace. You can enjoy the best sunset from there. The staff is very polite and welcoming.

Amazing location beside a stunning beach. Staff were caring especially when a couple of us were a bit unwell. Food was tasty and well-priced.

Shower recess was faulty which made showers difficult.

Very friendly staff who were very willing to help. Room was big with a balcony with a great beach & sea view. Breakfast was also large and tasty. Great value for money.

A little further out than most of the hotels so be prepared to walk 10-15 mins to get anywhere.

Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, came up with their amazing lankesian breakfast to our room when we over slept and the younger guy, Dohan/Dowan(?) made me a fruitplate in a heart shape before sunrise on christmas morning so I could surprise my partner. The view from room and rooftop is stunning, the rooms are very romantic and spacious.

They might want to finish the renovation That’s going on below the roof top. The floors are not done, it seems like they’re building a restaurant and a bar but everything just stopped, which is 100% understandable. But it looks a bit empty and hollow.

One of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka. The hotel is at a very prime location and the view from the room is something to die for. It was the most peaceful experience for us to sit out in the night and listen to the waves crashing on the shore. The rooftop pool also has some great views. The hotel is about 2kms from Mirissa beach where the nightlife is. Tuktuks are easily available for to and fro the hotel. The staff is very sweet and very helpful and their service is great. Breakfast was great too. Definitely coming back to this place as it was worth every penny!

The washrooms in the lobby are little dirty and can be maintained better.

Nice location, amazing views, infinity pool on the terrace. Breakfast was amazing and the hospitality was very good. The rooms were a little small and the floors could have been better.
