We had the most magnificent stay at Hilton Yala. Everything was perfect. You could really see that the hotel was newly built, everything in the room was perfect and designed to perfection and the rooms are very spacious. The personal was also super helpful and very friendly and catered all of our wishes. We even had the chance to see an elephant only a few meters away while we were laying on the pool and he entered the property which was amazing! Would definitely go back immeadiately.

The Hilton Yala is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The facilities are exceptional and they are accompanied by hyper professional but warm and friendly staff that only enhance the stay. Anything you can think of the Hilton Yala has it, even down to the personalised buggy trips from the main complex to you room. My partner has a peanut allergy and the head chef made us feel super comfortable eating his exceptional food. The Safari was amazing. We saw a leopard, elephants, water buffalo and crocs to name a few. The experience was buoyed by the expert knowledge of the ranger. Although this hotel maybe expensive, I can promise you, once you arrive you will realise it is amazing value for money. We even extended our stay!

Hilton Yala is a stunning hotel, newly built and with every detail of the highest specification. Our pool villa was spacious and beautifully designed. The grounds are immaculate and the expansive pool is incredible. The real selling point of this hotel however is the staff and the amazing service. Every single member of staff we encountered on our two night stay was friendly and helpful. You really get a sense of a hotel that want you to have the best stay possible and will go out of their way to make sure that happens. We were lucky enough to go on a morning safari with ranger Praneeth, who was so intent on finding us the elephants we wanted to see that he extended our safari by an hour to ensure it happened ! In the end, not only did we see a herd of elephants but a leopard too. It really is a magical place and we are already planning a return trip.

Nothing not to like other than lack of a swimmable beach. But this is a hotel in the middle of a national park and the focus on wildlife (and the amazing pool) more than made up for this.

The food was excellent, the staff were incredible (especially Hashini and Dilanka in the restaurant). We were given an upgrade to the best room which was incredible. The safaris we had were so incredible and again the guide was fantastic. The pool area is stunning, the service was brilliant across all aspects of the stay. Wish we stayed longer!

We had the all inclusive package which only included drinks whilst dining and didn't include any snacks outside of meal times, which I was not aware of. Also the room was a little dark

The Hilton Yala was a very unique state of the art property in the middle of a National Park! The hotel grounds, pool, architecture, and overall layout were stunning and something we haven’t experienced before. However what made this one of the most memorable experience for us is the amazing and ever smiling staff right from the reception, kitchen, and room service staff. Their executive chef was always there smiling and greeting the guests which made this super special!

Activities on the property were limited unless you booked a Safari or an outdoor activity. Would be great if to expand the activities on the grounds especially to kids.

I booked this stay for my parents, in celebration for my dad’s birthday. I was able to arrange everything with the help of amazing staff at Hilton. My parents really loved their time there, and asked that I specifically mention how great everyone and everything was. From the general manager of the hotel to all the staff, they are exceptionally kind and go the extra mile to make their guests stay memorable. Thank you.

Excellent location and staff. They made a special effort for my birthday! The hotel is basically new and it wasn’t busy so it was very peaceful. The best pool we’ve been in. Food was also epic !

There is not that much to do in Yala outside of safaris. The breakfast they pack on the morning safari is not great when compared to the breakfast at the hotel. But no biggy…

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The staff were extremely attentive, we didn’t lift a finger while we were there. They take you on buggies around the property due to the wildlife which was a nice touch. The room was huge and had every amenity you could think of. Overall, I was gobsmacked by how amazing it was, 10/10!!!

Everything! From customizable meals to the amazing pool and location

Couldnt take any food into the rooms. But this is understandable since its open to the wild they cannot risk any animals getting attracted by the food. So they could introduce some policy of in room snacks like instant noodles that customers could make on their own.

Amazing property. Great for visiting with young kids. Very clean and the staff were very attentive. Frequent power outage in the room but easily forgotten as everything else was great. Our ranger was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our safari and walks with him.

The restaurant staff were okay. Not as personable as the staff across the property.
