The rooms were great ; common area great and the app was super easy use. The Hotel is a flat walk from rail line ..2 minutes ..and staton has a train it’s seems every 5 minutes to Bern..I also enjoyed the pizza evening and the excellent customer service ..

Nothing stands out

The property was 10/10. Firstly, we met the host and they were friendly, kind and very accomodating of us. The facilities were amazing and rooms were perfect for our group. The communal space was available all hours too which was great for us.

I've been staying at this hotel every other week for over a year now, and I've always found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, especially with the nearby train station. The gym and kitchen facilities are great perks, and I appreciate the weekly evening snack party they organize. The storage lockers are a huge help, especially since I travel frequently.

The modern rooms can feel a bit small at times, though they are always well-equipped with everything you need. Occasionally, other guests might stop your washing machine or dryer in the common laundry area, so it's something to keep an eye on.

My apartment studio , was very clean , well located and equipped. Only 2 minutes walking from Wankdorf Bahnhof, with Sbahn ist only 3 minutes till the central station . The girls who’s are staying in the 8th floor are very helpful and friendly.

I would like to have more clothe hangers

Clean, comfortable, tastefully done and thoughtfully furnished and stocked. Conveniently located next to the train and tram station / terminal just 10-15 mins’ away from the city centre. There’s also a Coop downstairs for groceries. The rec room / communal area is nice to hang out at, with coffee and tea-making facilities, free fruit, honey / jams / butter and bread in the mornings. There is also a pool table and games for young families. The hosts were friendly, super responsive and accommodating. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.

There isn’t much of a view or anything to do around the hotel, but it has good access to public transport and isn’t that far from the city centre.

Very efficient service and extremely affordable for Bern. The room was very intelligently designed, clean and had everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bern Wankdorf Station is right of front of the building and it takes 3 minutes to get to Bern's central station/Bahnhof There's some restaurants close by, a minimarket in the building and a good Migros supermarket on the other side of the train station. Once your booking is live, you can download an app, which gives you free travel around the city. This was really handy. Finally, they offer a luggage storage service. I would use this, as the one in Bern Bahnhof is very small and when I got there, there no lockers free. Given that you have free transport to and from the station and it only takes 3 minutes on the train, avoid making the mistake I made and store your luggage here.

There's nothing I could fault. Everything was excellent.

It is a great concept and nicely done - with a common space upstairs that is simple, airy and with nice touches like free butter, milk and jam, coffee, an honor bar and a pool table! I had a small but well-designed and comfortable studio with a kitchenette.

The keyless system didn't work that smoothly. Twice I had a hard time getting into my room. I tried to make a key card but it didn't work after the first use. I also booked the wrong hotel by accident (they have two in Bern), and not sure they were very clearly distinguished. This one is right next to public transport - but is in the middle of nowhere (no shops, restaurants, etc).

The shared areas such as the big kitchen are very well equipped with plenty of basics such as oil, onions, garlic, spices and fruits which means you can make your own meals just like at home. The pool table and lounges were a plus. Even the kitchenette in the room was sufficient. The bathroom was generous with a big shower and lovely towels. Train station and trams to the city are literally at your front door and the Moxy bar downstairs was open on the weekend. Coop is available on weekdays. Self check-in with the app, which is also your keys was smooth and worked well.

Air circulation in the room is minimal, there is a small fan and the windows only tilt open, but when open you do hear the aforementioned trains so that may annoy some.

New apartment, furniture, optimized kitch. The bathroom is big and confortable also. Really nice place. I recommend if you by business travels for a few days. :-)

totally online checkin and stuff. If there is no reception, bureaucracy in advance doesn't make sense as in the moment of the reservation they already have all our data, payments, etc... At the Moment of my arrival, didn't figure out how to do it and it was very late at night, tired and needed to use bathrroom. The poor mobile coverage signal delayed the process. Once getting close to the door, I realized that there is wifi with free access... anyway. Good at the end.

Clever system to change the room space! Wow, we truly were impressed. Clean and comfy room, very modern. Very quiet with good soundproofing. Staff was very responsive, both on site and via WhatsApp. The communal kitchen has everything you need, coffees, jams and games. Loved the washing machine and dryer (free of charge). It is near the train station and the hotel provides you with public transport tickets so we didn't use the car to go down town. Will definitely come back!

The bathroom door is transparent...just not our style. Also we couldn't find any information in the room on how to move the wardrobe to extend the bed. It was unfortunately very late at night when we tried to figure it out so staff was not available anymore.
