It was ok.

I HAVE A HORRIBLE BACTERIAL INFECTION OF MY TOE AFTER A PAINFUL PEDICURE FROM MADAM FLORA!! I HAVE BEEN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM TWICE AND I AM ON MY THIRD ANTIBIOTIC! ITS NOT GETTING BETTER!! I NOW HAVE DEVELOPED CELLULITIS.

Here I come again, before as a solo traveller now as a couple. It is for real a little piece of heaven on earth with a beautiful beach, a most welcoming wonderful atmosphere, a lush garden and pool area plus delicious food right at the beach with a beautiful view. Very friendly helpful staff with a trained eye to react, as to where they can assist you. Again, when we arrived, no words needed, the luggage was immediately taken to reception and as our check-in was completed, our luggage was immediately taken to our bungalow, like clock work and a steady service. This time we chose the bungalow with AC. It's a really nice big room, I loved the high ceiling. Two wide chairs, a table desk with a safety deposit box. From the bedroom you go through a wardrobe luggage storage/dressing space which leads into the big ensuite bathroom with two Lavabo, a toilet and a shower. It is a very big and comfortable safe bungalow. The bed and mattress were very very comfy. It's equipped with a, very easy to use, mosquito net. In front of this bungalow are two comfy wide chairs with a lounge table. Perfect to relax if you want to be out of the room but have some privacy to yourself with the view into the green and flowery garden. The whole compound is cared for with Love. A lush garden area, pool area and a beautiful beach with the restaurant and tables plus sunloungers right at the beach let's you unwind and enjoy the Tanzanian Beach vibes with delicious food. We had invited about 12 guests (family) to celebrate and eat together on 25.December, our wishes were considerably followed up and tables plus chairs were set up for us. We had a wonderful time. Even a D.J. was taking care of the ambiance, as this is a very busy day with a lot of people coming to celebrate here at this paradise. We definitely have enjoyed ourselves. Safety is taken care of by Massai and professional security personnel. I'm deeply drawn to this place and recommend it by heart.

When I arrived, no words needed, the luggage was immediately taken to reception and as my check-in was completed, my luggage was immediately taken to my room, like clock work. Being by myself, and only for two nights I choose the very affordable beautiful double room. It's a nice big room with a Vent a wide chair, a table desk and the ensuite bathroom with a toilet and shower. Very comfortable safe room. The bed/ mattress was very comfy. It's equipped with a mosquito net. In front of this bungalow are two comfy wide chairs with a lounge table. Perfect to relax if you want to be outside the room but have some privacy to yourself. View the green and flowery garden. The whole compound is cared for with Love. A lush garden area, pool area and a beautiful beach with the restaurant and table plus sunloungers right at the beach let's you unwind and enjoy the Tanzanian Beach vibes with delicious food. Safety is taken care of by Massai and professional security personnel. Feel safe, unwind and enjoy the view, the beautiful atmosphere, the good service and the wonderful food.

That I had to leave

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and each time has been great. The staff are really friendly and super-helpful. The breakfasts are great - fruits, fresh juices, hot drinks, hot food, yoghurts and pastries all available. The afternoon and evening menus are varied and the food excellent. The fish and the Thai soups were top-end. The beach side location is stunning - we swam each day in the sea or in the pool. The bed was big and comfy and everything was clean. any power interruptions were quickly filled by the hotel generator. A great place to start and end our trip to the south of Tanzania.

The afternoon and evening food choices to a very long time to arrive. They were freshly cooked and really tasty when they did arrive but the wait was a bit frustrating. The taxi link to/from the airport was steep at 40USD - much better to use an app like Bolt or Uber if you have phone connectivity.

the location felt like i was in Zanzibar for a fraction of the price. The food was delicious and great pricing. The owner is friendly and made sure to personally welcome us and the waiters/bar staff were amazing

the lady at the front desk, she was very useless, our phone in our room didn't work so we used our mobiles and called her to ask for room service... no help I asked to arrange a snorkel trip for 2 days she kept saying oh let me find out...no information i asked to book a romantic dinner for 2 on the beach, she said shed get prices and let me know 2 days chasing her down she said she will arrange a gentleman alex to meet with me to set things up flowers etc. never heard from him the night before the dinner I requested him and he came appologizing because the girl had never even mentioned anything to him at all... So id recommend not requesting help from her or you will be left feeling disappointed

This is my second stay at the hotel it's a beautiful property that makes you feel as if your in zanzibar at a fraction of the cost. The food is great.. Make sure you try their pizza

Had $20 usd and some tsh stolen from my wallet by cleaning staff. We noticed within 5-10 mins of the leaving the room (they dropped a 1000tsh out my purse.) I'm not sure how much tsh they took. But I had $100usd for a payment in arusha and they took $20.we immediately went to the front they didn't ask the girls to check pockets nothing. The one girl we talked to just laughed about it. So I really was disappointed in how that was handled and not taken too seriously. My mistake I'm usually good at locking my purse into my suitcase when not inside the room. But I never had This happen in the past so I guess I didn't think about it. So just a little be aware to ensure ur locking up your purse in ur case if not in the room.

Quite place especial on the mornings and afternoons ,on weekends there are some occasions happening on the place like graduations ,birthday so if you like really quiet quiet place you might find it disbursing on those circumstances (if you are working anyway). But overall the foods was goods and aura ,

Noise on the some evenings due to occasions taking place on the areas ,not noise in such as we went for office meeting in the place you can find it disturbing ,but general if you are on the vacation,the noise level is not such disturbing

1.The rooms are stuffy, maybe it's because there is are no rubber mats by the shower floor so water is carried to the carpet rug by the bedside 2. Residents did not have their own pool. The pool was very full with walk in guests so as Residents we didn't have even recliners to rest on. 3. Food service was very slow, maybe staff was overwhelmed. 4. No fire works into new year. Vibe was low

Rooms are so good, and having a dressing room, bathrooms are also really good. Beds are also so comfortable with a mosquito net, WIFI is perfect. Restaurant food is good with a moderate pricing, and bar is also excellent. There are so friendly rabbits roaming inside the hotel complex, but they get scared so easily.

Water in the pool is always foggy, so I could not swim in it. Swimming in the ocean was a really good experience, but you cannot swim before 2:00 or 3:00 PM when the tide becomes high Hotel location is far away from the city.

The breakfast was fair. The location is a bit remote from the main town..aproximately 40minutes..otherwise the place is a good place for relaxation or working remotely. The people there are good and the experience was overall good and a good atmosphere. The beach is not dirty and crowded overall.
