Onomo is always a good option. We always enjoy staying at the hotel. Located in central Dar Es Salaam, close to shops and the ferry terminal. Their lounge is great and has a nice bar, we loved watching the World Cup there. The room was spacious and clean. That security guard, Noah, deserves to be promoted to something better, or even to the Front Desk. He's one of the reasons I come back to the hotel. Exceptional customer service and makes you feel at home.

The staff on duty switched off the power in our room because we delayed checking out by an hour getting ready. I found that rude given that the hotel was super quiet. The restaurant takes forever to prepare your food. Make sure you have a good hour to wait for your order.

The hotel's central location made it convenient for me to explore both inland Tanzania and the mainland. Additionally, the well-maintained and clean rooms offered excellent value for money.

The breakfast menu was somewhat limited; I had anticipated a more extensive selection of Swahili breakfast options, given that it is a Swahili nation.

the size of the rooms facing the city view not as big as the seaside view. which I have stayed numerously. but otherwise still okay.

The location was fantastic,they have a lovely sky bar with a breathtaking view of Dar. The staff are super friendly and the food was great. I asked for a late check out and got it at a very good rate.I loved the security,which is a big concern for a solo traveller.All in all,they made my stay in Dar amazing and comfortable

Nice facilities! Great location. Easy access to many things. We literally walked to many places like shopping centers and even to the Ferry Termina to Zanzibar. The staff is amazing. Noah the security is the best, you should promote him. He literally took care of us and organized everything we needed. And he does that with a big smile always. The room was comfortable, good size, clean, and stocked with complimentary items like water and tea/coffee. The Sky Bar was amazing! The views from there are to die for. The barman really made us feel at home. We asked for a late check-out and they granted it. Super dope! It's my favorite place in Dar Es Salaam thus far!

The lady at the bar had so much attitude. We didn't like her. The restaurant was super slow. We ordered burgers for dinner and we waited 1hr 58mins for those burgers.

The speed of getting my door lock checked...took a whole day. it can be better

Mark, the CEO of the Hotel is a really positive business man. He responded to issues fairly quickly. Breakfast, location and rooms we just perfect. The Location is close to everywhere in the city and close to the ferry to Zanzibar. Rooms were of good size. Staff were highly responsible and knew their job very well.

We liked the way Mark the CEO was involved in solving issues quickly, we liked Cleanliness, staff and location too. getting cabs were easy to go around the city.

Check in - quick, no form filling. Great breakfast! Everything available. But i personally don't like the instant NESCAFE! machined espresso!
